The work was exceptional. The finishes were far above expectations. The detailed work finishes actually surprised me. Such precision, quality use of supplies, detailed repairs and was exactly what I wanted. The crew was polite, thoughtful, timely and craftsman type level of skill. I am completely satisfied and thrilled. The repairs look much better than the original builder’s work!

Everyone at Disaster Pro was professional, experienced and kind. We had our kitchen remodeled after a pipe burst and they were quick and efficient. They worked with our insurance company seamlessly. We have been very pleased with the result! I would highly recommend them.

When disaster pro showed up at our house, they told not to worry they would take care of us properly. On one occasion I asked for certain crew members because they knew we wanted to change the corners too squared in stead of 45 angle. David Bowman in formed me that he and Paul Castronova chose the crew and were the only ones that could make any changes, I thought it was my house and should be built the way I wanted it. Paul told me, we didn't have a good insurance company work (Allstate) with a he would give a recommendation when they were done. We never new what day or what time they were coming. We would get up at 7:00am give our puppies calming pills prescribed by our vet, because of stress of all these strangers in and out of our home. Then no one would show which was not good for the puppies. When I asked for a schedule David said we weren't the only project and had to fit us in. A couple of the delays were waiting for product for the floor or cabinets to come. We went a five week stretch where we had no kitchen cabinets and no water. We were doing dishes in the guest bathroom sink. At one point they had the freezer blocked I couldn't get to it to get food for our dinner. We were using a micro wave oven and a table top oven to cook in or would have to go out or delivery. The project started the third week of September and we got our home back on Christmas eave. After completing the project I asked Paul who he recommended for insurance. His response was since your wife wrote a bad review, he would only give us the name of she would take down her post. Can you say Blackmail.

We cannot say enough great things about Disaster Pro! After a devastating flood left our home uninhabitable, their team stepped in with unmatched professionalism and care. 5/5 Stars!! Was connected through my insurance company, USAA, they made contact within 25min of the referral which was made late at night. They were on site first thing in the morning and within 3 hours they had verified the level of water damage, got everything clean/dry/inspected and repaired all the drywall/insolation. All for under $500! Everyone I worked with was friendly and timely in their communication, absolutely recommend these guys!
