We are just beginning the process, but everything has been great so far. Lance L got us in touch with the local office. Bret M came the same day, after hours, to do an evaluation. They were both professional and informative. We are looking forward to their help as we navigate this project. We highly recommend Idaho Fire and Flood!

Bret M was kind and thoughtful when it came to clearing out my home. He was able to speak with my insurance adjuster and make sure that I was taken care of fairly. He knows exactly what he's doing and he does it gracefully and efficiently.

Mike (Griff) came out and did my insulation, drywall, and the first round of mud/tape before going out of town. He was very kind, let me know the steps of what he was doing and was very professional. He talked TO me as a person, and not DOWN at me like so many of the other companies did when they came out to bid the project. After Griff went out of town, Tavo came to do the next rounds of mud, and then he did the closet shelving and trim around the closet and doors. Then he did my flooring. It looks so nice! I so appreciate it when it can be the same person working on the house...they know what's been done, what needs to be done and it's not being 'handed' off to another person who doesn't know the conversations we've been having regarding the restoration. Thank you, Tavo, for all your hard work (and driving down from Idaho Falls each day to work on my room). It's all coming together, and I will be so glad to see the finished product.

Bret McGhie is easily the most effective and professional restoration contractor I’ve ever met. He always works hard and goes above and beyond. There is no one I would rather trust my home emergencies with.

My experience with Idaho Fire and Flood has been very mixed. When our flood first occurred I had no idea what to do. My nephew suggested I contact this company, he had done some work for them in the past and it went well. I called the company and it went very well! I was so impressed that they came so fast and went right to work in the basement. In no time they had the water out and started working on the floor and walls. in no time they had everything packed up, moved into storage and the basement was empty. They sent a contractor out he said they would be in touch with me and get busy with the restoration. That end of it did not go real well. I ended up having to contact Joni.(I have to say if it weren’t for her I would not have stayed with this company at all! ) I couldn’t get the contractor to contact me at all. Joni got in touch with one of the big guns in the company who happened to call me. He got everything ironed out with the contractor who did finally get in touch with me and then again there was no more contact. I stopped dealing with the contractor and just started dealing with Joni, Joni made things happen between her scheduling and contacting me asking me questions seeing what still needed to be done mind you not being contacted by the contractor she made things move through and happen. I was super impressed with the woodwork that was done in my basement super impressed with the painter , however not impressed with the electrical. My lights flicker. Somethings not right with that. I still have plug-ins that are bulging out of the walls that were not fixed properly so bittersweet. That would be my overall review. Bittersweet some good so I’m not so good Joni very excellent! I can’t say enough good about Joni and the job she did for me , she really cares about the people that are put in front of her!

Great company, great warranty, great customer focus. Sharp and clean-cut team! I personally worked with Hunter. Huge shout out to the warranty of work that IFF provides customer. It is easy to tell that this is a company that helps Idahoans because they truly care about Idahoans.
