I had water damage to my laundry room that required new siding, sheathing, flooring, drywall paint, framing, and gutter replacement. Phoenix Reconstruction did a fantastic job working around my schedule to fix everything in a timely manner. The room was not only restored but looks much better than before the water damage. Riley and Logan were great to work with. Very responsive and transparent about timing and pricing. Overall it was a great experience

Phoenix was recommended to by my remediation company, and they did a great job on the reconstruction. I had water damage to my bathroom that required new subfloor, vinyl flooring, drywall (and therefore painting), and insulation in the crawlspace. The team that did the floor did a beautiful job installing it so it looks perfect (no air bubbles or peeling), the drywall was installed and textured so you can't even tell there was ever a section of wall removed, and the painters painted the entire bathroom so it looks better than it has in a while. They did everything more quickly than I thought they would be able to, and Riley (the project manager) kept in contact with me through the whole process. Overall it was a great experience.

Two months ago we had a water leak in our kitchen. Fortunately the leak was contained to the kitchen, into the subfloor and into the laminate flooring. After waiting for the insurance company to finally give approval for the estimate Phoenix was able to begin the rebuilding of our kitchen and flooring. Logan was the project manager / superintendent for the rebuilding. Logan called me a few times per week while waiting on the insurance—if only to let us know that we were still waiting, but at least I knew that he was still on top of the project. Once the project started Logan talked to me daily to let me know what the next task was happening—and if something happened sooner than expected, he moved the schedule up and got things moving. The work was all done to high quality, each crew that came over were respectful and professional! Overall, I was very pleased with Logan, his crews and, of course, Phoenix Reconstruction!

Phoenix completed a full bathroom remodel after water damage from a leaky shower. While there have been bumps along the way, I am ultimately very happy with the results. Working with Toby as our project manager made all of the difference. Once he took over the project we started seeing significant progress and incredibly high quality work. His attention to detail and customer care were fantastic and I would work with him again in a heartbeat. Additionally he reached out to the CEO on our behalf to ensure that we felt heard and compensated for the "bumps" we experienced before he became our project manager. Phoenix is clearly dealing with some growing pains but I truly feel that the company owner cares and is doing everything in his power to move the company in the right direction. That being said, Toby was ultimately the key for us ending this project as satisfied customers.

Phoenix reconstructed my water damaged bathroom and were very competent and on time even with all the insurance delays. Toby was always great and kept in constant touch with me. I can’t thank him enough! Jason was very good also and hung all three of my medicine cabinets by himself!! Frank was also great and finished up the details and hung my heavy kitchen picture all by himself! Thank you all very much and five stars are not enough. My bathroom looks fantastic!!!

We have had a very positive experience using Phoenix reconstruction to do two jobs actually. The downstairs basement flooded after a thunderstorm and once the mitigation was done they were Jthey were immediately on the job. and got everything done and taken care of. Then there was a leak upstairs in the kitchen that went down into the area they fixed, and Over three months they have just been there every time you needed them. The project manager Toby was always accessible and very very prompt in getting things done. Any time I had a question or concern Toby took care of it. His workers , Breanna, Johnny and Jason were the best. They were friendly, had good sense of humor and were very experienced many areas. Thank you , Phoenix Reconstruction.

EDIT: I changed my rating due to the owner of Phoenix reaching out to us regarding our experience with his company. Riley was extremely kind and listened to us. He assured us that our experience is not how his company is ran and was the result of certain employees who he’s heard similar stories about. He also assured us that these employees were being dealt with so that this would not be a problem in the future. He offered to have different workers come out and fix the problems left by flooring guy and we declined his offer. He also went through our billing with us and agreed that there were items that we should not have been charged. We weren’t expecting to get any money back, but he called us later and said he was putting a check in the mail. He again offered to send out someone to fix the problems, again we declined. I sincerely feel bad that the owner has to deal with issues like this and I hope that in the future his employees will represent Phoenix in the same professional manner that Riley has. I would never use Phoenix again, nor would I ever recommend them to family, friends, or enemies. If you decide to use them be sure to look over your estimate thoroughly, line by line. They will charge for services not rendered/products not delivered, and double charge for other items. When called out on this practice, Brian Heck explains this is the "industry standard". They, Brian and Tyler, and their flooring subcontractor schedule appointments and are consistently late, every single appointment. Even to pick up final payment, Tyler couldn’t make the appointment on time. We were threatened with collections when we had another appointment scheduled at the time they were finally wanting to arrive. When called out on this, it is because we are in Payette. Our location was known when Phoenix took the job. If Phoenix doesn’t want to take jobs outside their comfort zone, then they need to let customers know that they don’t service that area. Their drywall/paint crew did do a great job. Overall impression is this company dishonest, unreliable, lacks respect for customers time. Customer service/satisfaction is definitely not their priority, making money on services not provided/products not provided are. Proceed with caution if you decide to hire Phoenix!
