After a leak from our dishwasher caused water damage to our floors and cabinets, Jake and his OneTeam team were recommended to us for the water remediation phase. I called Jake after business hours as soon as I noticed the leak, and he was at our house first thing the next morning drying out our kitchen with fans and dehumidifiers. My immediate impression from Jake was he was honest and experienced in what he does. That’s why when he said he could not only manage the remediation phase, but also manage the whole process from demo to restoration of our floors and cabinets, we were happy to move forward with his team. We are so happy we made that decision. From beginning to end Jake was responsive to all my questions and concerns, extremely communicative, and offered very sound advice when we were stuck on a decision. He worked directly with our insurance adjuster with what seemed like ease to us as the customer. He was patient with changes we wanted to make. The quality of work is top notch. Everything was done with attention to detail and pride in their work. The whole project from beginning to end took 3 months, which in the grand scheme of things is not that long for a major kitchen and floors demo, down to the studs and back. As an added bonus, Jake did everything he could to have our kitchen in working and aesthetic order right before Thanksgiving when it easily could have taken longer through the holidays. Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful, we can’t stop staring at it! He and his team go above and beyond for their customers and we will be customers of this company if the need arises again (hopefully with less water damage ;)) Thank you OneTeam!
