From the Introduction to Paul Davis Restoration company until the completion of their work, I was impressed. This companies ethics, professionalism, sincerity in customer satisfaction is forefront. The employees hired to do the work at my house did an absolutely beautiful job. They were the best at what they do and it shows! I am very pleased with how the repairs were fixed and how my home looks. Thank you everyone involved! A special thank s to Project Manager, Colin W. for all of his hard work, product searching, organization skills and helping to make my renovation work out as perfect as it did.

Alvin and Richard arrived on time for the appointment and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout. Although I was delayed getting home they patiently waited. They efficiently set up the equipment, provided clear explanations of everything they did, and ensure the area was clean before leaving. I am very satisfied with their service and would gladly use them again if needed.

In early February 2025, we experienced significant water damage to our home. We promptly contacted our insurance company, and within 36 hours, they had Paul Davis Restoration on-site. A fantastic team of professionals arrived — I affectionately referred to them as "the demolition team." My husband and I both were impressed with their professionalism. Each team member introduced themselves politely and made a point to explain what they were doing, which helped put us at ease during a stressful time. Their responsiveness and respectful approach made a difficult situation much more manageable. Team Ray, Dillion and Alvin was very polite introducing themselves as they arrived and they were very respectful when entering your home. Mr.Alvin( I hope I said his name correctly) went above and beyond actively talking with us and explaining step by step what he was doing and What would take place next. Addressing us by our names as if he knew us personally I love that( Keep up the great customer service guys) Just a great group of men that I would recommend and definitely use their service again if I ever need it. After the demo crew finished up, the painters and carpet team came in and did an amazing job. They were super professional and everything looked great. If they accidentally got paint on the floor or missed something, all I had to do was call the rep in charge, and they had someone out within 24 hours to fix it—no hassle at all. I really appreciated how quick and responsive they were anytime something needed to be corrected. The person that coordinated everything kept me updated every week, letting me know what was going to happen next. If I had a question or concern, he took care of it right away. I give Paul Davis Reconstruction a 10 out of 10—they were prompt, reliable, and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing work done on their home. You all were truly awesome throughout the entire process, and your kindness, professionalism, and positive energy did not go unnoticed. I called Paul Davis on the advice of my agent after my water heater flooded my house. Their advance man was on location within 30 minutes of my call, sending pictures back to the mitigation team so they knew exactly what equipment to bring. The mitigation team arrived earlier than expected and got straight to work. They removed all the damaged ceiling and flooring and cleaned up after themselves within 3 1/2 hours. They returned every day to monitor the drying process and let us know when their job would be completed. I can't say enough about how easy they made this whole disaster better. I highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration. My wife and I appreciate the professionalism of everyone we worked with, the quality of work, and the caring to restore our home back to normal.
