I had Aqua Steam come to my aide to completely restore my home after major damage and black mold set in. Not only was my home repaired beautifully but they also handled the insurance company that was trying to tell me I should use the company the adjuster recommended. Not only did they do a fantastic job, a couple of month after the job was done I received a call from Brent to see if I was still satisfied with the work done. I totally recommend Brent Braud and Aqua Steam Systems for any cleaning needs you have.

We used Aqua Steam to refinish and seal our brick and wood floors about two years ago. Brent, the owner, was very eager and responsive initially. He has an intense personality. Everything looked nice at first. After about a year, the finish started peeling in a few places. We reached out to him and crickets. We’ve attempted to contact him several times over the past few months leaving him messages and pictures of the issues, and he will not respond. Be very careful! We have several friends that have had the same experience with him. He offers a great price and a good sales pitch, but the longevity & quality of the work is very poor. We will not make the same mistake in the future. If the price is too good to be true, there’s a reason!

Aqua Steam came out and cleaned my floors. I was very satisfied with even they did. The floors look amazing. His guts we’re very courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

Aqua Steam put a shine our 50 year old Terrasso flooring in one of our locations and also on vinyl flooring in another location. They went from ugly to beautiful over night. Brent was great. They did a great job. He even came out on short notice for an event that we were hosting at our house. Our travertine looks beautiful. Even looks better than when it was first installed. I highly recommend them.
