What a positive experience! The exhaust fan in the lower level bathroom was leaking water. An examination of the area showed severe water damage with a clear presence of black mold. Correspondence with the builder led to complete frustration until it was agreed to allow ProRestore DKI to make an assessment of the damage and the cause of the water damage so mitigation could begin. From that point on, a methodical approach was taken to tear out the damaged ceiling, replace the exhaust fan, reinstall drywall and then to paint. Nothing but professionalism through the entire project!

So amazing working with DKI! Insurance wasn’t able to cover the mitigation and repairs, and everyone worked with us to make sure we could afford it. Work was INCREDIBLY well done and fast.
