Exceptional service from start to finish. Sean Paul and the crew he was leading at the United Services in Grimes, IA displayed the highest level of professionalism throughout the entire job. Every team member was punctual, courteous and clearly experienced in their work. They approached each task with precision and efficiency, handling everything with great care and attention to detail. It was evident that Sean Paul runs a well organized team that takes pride in doing things right the first time. United services was called to our home in Norwalk after a fire to do the initial board up and secure whatever was remaining in our home. I was so relieved to learn they would do demo, remove contents. clean and restore what they could and completely take care of rebuilding. Cat was our contact person. updating and keeping us informed of progress, and helping us with numerous small and large details needed for rebuild. she was amazing and made the process as easy as she could for us. a huge thanks to Kent too. ( one of the owners of U.S) he was never too busy to talk to me and so reassuring . A voice of calmness I needed at times. especially dealing with insurance. I hope no one ever has an event as we did. but if you do. let United Services help.

This company went above and beyond!! I had a flood in my house a few years ago. I immediately called United Services before calling my insurance company and an employee who happened to be my neighbor, was at my house within 10 minutes and the rest of the crew within 30 minutes. They started extracting water and started the mitigation process! They kept me informed of every step and the process was quite impressive. Every employee at United Services and every contractor they subbed out were professional, compassionate and very nice to work with! So refreshing to know that I was able to trust everyone in my house. This all happened during COVID so there were a few issues with getting supplies/counters which was out of their control but they kept in constant communication with me along the way! Everything looked great when finished! If you are ever in a disaster situation, whether it’s water, fire, tornado, etc. do NOT hesitate to call this company!!! They are a 20 out of 10 for me!! A tenant at one of our rentals had a fire back in February. Because we live out of state, United Services was recommended to us. We were very pleased with the entire process. Kip was very professional, responded promptly to our queries and took care of things in a very timely manner. There were just a few very minor hiccups with getting the last details finished but our property manager there was able to meet with Kip at the property and things were dealt with quickly. God forbid we should have any other property damage there but we wouldn’t hesitate to give Kip a call again!

I have been very pleased with United Services. I first used them after a house fire. That was over 15 years ago. The work they did on my house (gutting it down to the studs and rebuilding it) have really stood the test of time. Since then, I have had a couple of episodes of wind damage—I immediately called United Services and things were taken care of with great outcomes. They are kind, professional people who are very easy to work with—especially important after unfortunate events!

Kip and Sean-Paul were awesome! We had issues with Dream Steam who have terrible communication and customer service . Connected with Kip and they were out in no time to help with our basement. Wouldn’t call any other company!

United Services was tremendous to work with. We had a water and mold issue in our shower and called them for help. 30 mins after giving them a call they were at our house and provided a solution at a very fair cost.
