He was kind enough to provide thorough recommendations to decrease humidity, improve air quality, prevent water damage, and he even caught a fire hazard in our ventilation system. This was just the initial inspection! Angel walked the entire property with me and made sure that all my concerns were met with informative explanations and how to address each need. For example, he recommended caulking our baseboards, running a dehumidifier for several days, and actually doing environmental testing to see what type of molecules are in our home. I came home from vacation to find a cracked toilet tank and a huge flood in the bathroom and room just adjacent. 1-800-Water Damage worked with my insurance company to come out quickly and mitigate the damage. They removed the flooring and used special heaters and dehumidifiers to dry everything completely, making it safe and ready for the contractor to replace the floors. Highly recommend.
