We had Restoration Management Company came to do an inspection and restoration for water damage to the walls and floor in the kitchen due to a flooding from our neighbor. Rick, the project manager was very professional and friendly and explained to us what needed to get done during the initial inspection. He was very patient and answered all our questions. The crew that worked on the job was very profession and efficient. Ronny, the team lead gave us progress report throughout the day about the whole process. We had requested them to put up a dust sheet between our living room and the work area, they did a marvelous job setting it up and taped up everything professionally which I find it very impressive. We are very pleased with the restoration crew and the job was done well and thorough as expected. They did a good job. I highly recommend their service.

My bathroom flooded and water leaked downstairs to my newly remodeled kitchen. They arrived promptly and set to work drying out my kitchen and bathroom. They removed all of the damaged drywall, bathroom tiles, and carpeting while being very careful to protect the rest of my kitchen and bathroom. I was completely impressed with their efficiency, workmanship, and punctuality. RMC is an excellent company!

Health problems prompted my wife and I to have thorough mold testing done on our home. The testing found mold in walls under windows and in bathrooms, in the kitchen, and in the HVAC return and air handling unit. We hired RMC because they could handle the entire scope of the remediation, the time we would need to be out of the house was the shortest, and the pricing for additional work was the clearest. We are so glad we did. RMC moved the furniture, carefully opened and remediated inside the walls, removed carpeting, cleaned the HVAC, and deep-cleaned furniture and all surfaces. They stuck to the schedule, came in slightly below their estimate, promptly returned our calls, and patiently answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them.

Matt from Restoration Management Company just came out to check out my condo unit and he was incredibly informative, helpful, respectful and professional. They were fast, communicative, informative, and very easy to work with. All 3 guys that came out to inspect and then treat our water damage were friendly and respectful. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times!

Overall restoration management did a good job with the mold remediation needed in my home. Even though they demo’d everything, they got creative with preserving the granite countertop by using wooden two by fours to keep it propped up. I’d be open to using them again.
