JGB Restoration

If I could give 0 starts I would. My HOA hired JGB to repair damage in my home caused by another company they contracted. From start to finish, the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. JGB has terrible communication. I had to constantly call just to get updates or to try to schedule repairs. More often than not, I was told "someone will call you back" or asked about my availability, yet no follow-through ever happened. Work Quality: The contractors who did show up only completed part of the work, left a mess behind, and told me they would return to finish. They never came back. For nearly three weeks, I repeatedly called the office, only to be brushed off with empty promises. No one ever showed up, and my home remains unfinished. I now have to hire another company to rehang my chandeliers and clean up the mess they left. I have worked with contractors before and they have never left my home a mess or not fully complete the job. Also, in most cases a supervisor will come out and inspect the completed work once finished and ask if you are satisfied with the work, in my case JGB never did that. I strongly recommend not hiring JGB. They waste your time, fail to follow through, and leave you with more problems than you started with. **Update** The owner states I must have a review for the wrong company, so I included a screenshot of one of the few voice messages received from the company before they stop returning my calls. The number is the same, so yes the review is for the correct company.

Iris and Erika did an outstanding job. Their primary responsibilities were to contain and demolish the affected area, which they executed with exceptional professionalism and precision. This included the meticulous erection of the containment area, careful removal of furnishings, and the demolition of the drywall, all crucial steps given the potential for mold from the plumbing issue. Their attention to cleanliness after the work was completed was particularly impressive – the area was left remarkably clean and tidy. Highly recommend both!! Thank you!

Our bottom unit has been affected by our upstair neighbors kitchen leak. Although dealing with these type of issues is never fun, JGB Restoration, has made things a little easier. They are very professional and punctual. They also make sure to keep us informed with next steps. Juan came in today and helped with the drywall removal. His work is very neat. JGB Restoration just completed a demo and mold remediation job and Andrew & Juan did great. They were fast, efficient, neat and very nice! We had our environmental testing company complete a post test and we passed with flying colors which means they did a thorough job and didn't miss anything.
