We were just a month and a half away from our grand opening when we discovered a pipe had burst overnight at our business. After shutting off the water, we called Rapid Response Restoration, and they came out promptly to assess the damage and begin the drying process. Their team quickly removed what couldn’t be salvaged and got to work reconstructing and replacing what was needed. All I can say is WOW!! From the first initial phone call I made to Rapid Response put my mind at ease that my home would be restored. Johnathan and his team did an amazing job beyond my expectations. Very reliable and was able to put my home back together in a timely manner an made a tragic situation beautiful in the end! Working with Jonathan and his team, while under stressful conditions of a home flood, was great. Jonathan repeatedly fought for us with our insurance company, even though that meant he had to write multiple reports and send dozens upon dozens of photos and emails. He took all the proper precautions needed to make sure everyone in our home stayed safe. His guys were on time, did great work, and didn’t leave my home a mess. The day before the closing of a home I had listed, family members entered the property to retrieve some last-minute items when they unexpectedly discovered a collapsed ceiling on the main level. A slow leak from the upstairs water heater had caused significant damage, resulting in the collapse of the ceiling in a first-floor bedroom. The elderly seller had already relocated to live with her daughter, but with the assistance of Rapid Response Restoration, we effectively managed the situation. They arrived that evening, shut off the water, and initiated the drying process. The sellers promptly contacted their insurance company, and through collaboration with Rapid Response Restoration, the matter was resolved satisfactorily. The repairs included replacing the water heater, repairing the bedroom ceiling, drying the flooring, and installing new carpeting, with the total claim exceeding $20,000. However, the buyer expressed dissatisfaction with the carpet options and requested that the seller cover the cost of refinishing the wood floor instead. Although the sellers declined this request, Jonathan from Rapid Response offered a solution by way of a credit for the floor refinishing. Everyone was happy. Ultimately, we successfully reached the closing. I wholeheartedly recommend Rapid Response Restoration for their comprehensive management and effective communication, ensuring that every detail was meticulously addressed.

Johnathon and his crew is AMAZING. They have done several projects for me and they have always exceeded my expectations. We had a small water leak in our kitchen coming from a supply line under the sink. Unfortunately we had no idea about it and by the the time we caught it, it had caused some damage to a couple of our cabinets as well as to the subfloor. We called Rapid Response Restoration and they came out promptly. They were able to work with my insurance company to get the repairs needed. The service was fantastic, great communication from start to finish, very professional and courteous. The kitchen looks better now than before. We are super happy with the work.
