I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the services that Ginger and her company Provided after an accident in my home. They were prompt, Thorough and made the area look brand new. As a property manager for many years I have to say that I was very please with Puroclean Emergency Services and Israel. There was a flood caused by an unlicensed HVAC mechanic one story above the unit that I manage. It caused water damage to the unit that I manage. Israel showed up quickly and got right to work. He was able to put my mind and the tenants mind at ease quickly. Israel and Puroclean Emergency Services did a fantastic job for us and did it for a fair and reasonable price. Jon from Puro Clean came to our house to clean up our fridge that had stopped working while we were out of town. The mess was bad with all the spoiled food. Jon’s service, attitude and professionalism was outstanding!
The staff is so friendly and helpful, and took care of everything when our dishwasher caused a leak that damaged floors, cabinets & more. The team led by Lisa made sure our furniture was moved out and stored carefully and returned the same way. Special thanks to Israel who was the first one here and the last to leave! He made sure everything was the way we wanted it. Thanks to Kevin for handling the water emergency and arranging for everything else that needed to be done. Great team, excellent results
PuroClean did a great job of remediating mold at my tenant's rental property. Kiven was my technician, and he was professional, reliable, prompt, and thorough. The company as a whole was very responsive... when I originally called to schedule an appointment, they sent out Kiven to my house the very next day! Highly recommend!
