SERVPRO of Mandarin

Everyone who worked with us from ServPro was amazing! They took great care of us when we had a slab leak flood our home. Carl & Rashad were the first to arrive and worked so hard to get our home in good shape on a Sunday and helped us through the process of getting everything repaired and replaced. The ServPro team made calls on our behalf to plumbing and leak detection when they knew we had our hands full and really went above and beyond taking care of us. We can’t thank them enough ❤️ Edited to add: we chose to use ServPro for our rebuild and construction after this disaster and worked closely with Pam & Bob to get things where they needed to be. They were extremely helpful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and helped us through our process. Again, I must thank Servpro for everything they have done for our family! We are finally back in our home and we wouldn’t be where we are without them!

The professionals at the Servpro of Mandarin are excellent. The pack out team (Rachel, Lauren & Magdeline) worked hard all day yesterday (11/6/25) to carefully pack my household items that are now saved in a POD until restoration of my house is completed. The restoration work is about to begin and I feel confident that with Charles Berger's supervision, the job will be done right by people that care about what they are doing.... 11/13/25 Update: The mitigation team (Charles, Rashad, Ethan & Dawson) just completed their excellent work in ridding my walls and floors of moisture. Thank you.

Mandarin ServPro did a fantastic job with our water mitigation process. They responded within 2 hours of my call to them at 2:00am about a broken water supply line in the kitchen. The entire house was flooded. The next team arrived a few hours later and jumped right in assessing water damage, placing numerous fans and dehumidifiers where needed, taking up carpet, and packing and moving household items, and furniture to storage they arranged. They took care of everything. They know what they are doing. We were impressed how well Kyle, Rachel, Bryce, Lauren and Magdeline worked together as a team and with us, especially during this stressful situation. Team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and hard working. Very customer focused. Pleased with their services.

Rachel, Loren and their crew are very professional and thorough during their cleanup of a post construction project at my residence. Rachel explained their clean-up process and everything that they were going to address. They literally cleaned from top to bottom, including sealing lights, fans, walls, floors and exhaust vents in the bathroom. Due to all the dust left from the construction crew, ServPro Mandarin made sure to wipe down all the walls and baseboards. The carpets were vacuumed and the floors wiped and moped. Rachel even took the time to show me before and after pictures of the vents, ceiling fans and lights. They worked very diligently and are very deserving of my 5-star rating. I am sincerely thankful and overjoyed with the service I received. They all started this project and ended it with a smiles.

Kyle and Bryce were extremely thorough in every aspect of the job. They cleaned my garages after I had new flooring put in. Highly recommend!
