Excellent service and response time following our water heater overflowing into the bedrooms. Duke Restoration was highly recommended by our neighbors who had a similar experience. I called to get help with multiple projects in the hotel that I manage and was warmly greeted. Everyone I dealt with was super-responsive and polite. Following Hurricane Ida, I called Duke Restoration to help with the roof damage and prevent further damage to my home. They responded very quickly, sending someone out with the needed equipment. Since they could get to us quickly, it kept us from having to rip out the entire ceiling in our kitchen where water had gotten in. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans, tarped the roof, and then worked up an estimate for us to submit to the insurance company, which they dealt with more than I did. Once the insurance company approved everything, they completed the repairs. A fantastic value for all of the work they did! Excellent team to work with!
