We have worked with this company on several projects, including a deck remodel, fence removal, gate buildout, a front-of-house refresh, and installing and staining tongue and groove on our pool house overhang. We are now starting a half-bath remodel with custom cabinetry. Every experience has been excellent. The team is professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Window replacement and bathroom renovation - Timely, efficient, courteous and professional! From the bid until the completion it was a pleasure to work with FC. There were schedule changes on my end and they worked with me and rescheduled in a timely manner. During the work something was chipped and replaced no questions asked. I highly recommend FC home renovations. Hard-working, responsible, reasonable. We had trouble with our subsurface drainage, secondary to large tree roots compressing our PVC line. Francisco and his associates removed the necessary roots without damaging the trees. He placed a new line with a thicker and larger diameter of PVC. The drainage problems that we were having in our backyard cleared immediately. If you have a question or a problem, he will respond immediately. His price was very reasonable. The company came out after we had a water loss, they did demolition and dried out our property. They wrote a line item estimate and helped us with our insurance claim. They went over and beyond to make sure the work was done right.
