Cornelius and Allen did a great job cleaning my 2- 3 seater sofas along with my ottoman. They were very professional and yet very friendly explained everything to me how they were gonna clean the sofas and took the time To make sure they were clean, I would recommend them to my family and friends when they schedule Stanley Steemer to get them to do the work
Allen was absolutely wonderful. He arrived right on time, was professional, thoughtful, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He treated my home with real care and made sure every area was cleaned correctly, not rushed.and it shows in the results. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. He is patient, kind, and clearly experienced. It is such a relief to have someone you can trust in your home who genuinely wants to do an excellent job. I am very grateful for his hard work today. I highly recommend Allen to anyone who wants quality service and a great experience from start to finish.
Both technicians were polite and friendly. Brandon explained the cleaning process and what results could be expected. The sofas already look 10 times better and they aren’t even dry yet.

Just had my ducts cleaned. Very pleased with the customer service provided by Carnell and Dante’. They were very professional, explaining the process as they went, made recommendations as needed, and cleaned up after they completed. I would definitely use them again.
