Advanced Pro has been great to work with, from Kayson and Kaleo removing water-damaged areas in the house, to Manny and Ruben rebuilding back to normal. All was done in a professional and timely manner. Highly recommend.
Advanced Pro restoration was wonderful when my water heater burst Francisco came out with his team and moved all my precious Collectibles from the bedroom that had water in it the team was very professional in removing the damaged floor and walls. First off, I want to thank Raquel, the owner, for suggesting I look elsewhere for a restoration contactor. Raquel, your high praise of the Senior Estimator that was initially sent over to my home to evaluate and take measurements to handle my claim with my insurance company was prompt, within a few hours of my call. The estimator, Doug Smith, seemed to know his stuff. He suggested I wait and "let the process work," meaning getting the estimate to my insurance claims adjuster. After almost a month of waiting, I called your office to asked for another estimator since Mr. Smith had neglected to communicate with me, after an e-mail and phone call to him and no reply at all. My request for another estimator was rejected by you as you must have taken it as an offensive measure. Not at all, I told you I wanted to use your company, but again, you made it clear you wanted me to find another company. Well, I did and again, I want to thank you for that "suggestion." Why? Because the company I found was amazing!!!! Within an hour of the phone call to the other company, their estimator came over, talked with me. In fact, he was eager to handle questions I had, where as Mr. Smith, from YOUR company seemed to not want to communicate. This new estimator, didn’t take photos, nor did he take measurements. What he did tell me is that my bedroom rug would be replaced. Where as YOUR estimator, Mr. Smith didn’t fight for me regarding my rug. I was told by my insurance adjuster or that only the small sections of rug that was wet would be lifted and the pad under the rug would be replaced, just the small area of pad, not the entire pad under my entire rug. Seems this company/owner knows how to deal with insurance companies. Funny thing, less than two hours after this new estimator left my home, I got a call from my insurance claims adjuster asking me if I’d approve off the new company that I just had over to my home. I said, "yes." End of call. Less than an hour after that, the new company's estimator called me and said his crew would be coming over "TOMORROW" to start work. Oh, and this new company’s owner was the one that dealt with my insurance claims adjuster. He told me I would be getting A NEW BEDROOM RUG. This company’s got some clout. I guess, by what I’ve written above, makes you and your senior estimator, Amateurs. I know, by the rules of reviews, I cannot divulge the name of the new company I’m using, I wish I could. Update: Do you notice that even the five star reviews don't get a "thank you" from the owner! What lack of class. Again, I DO want to thank the owner for suggesting to look elsewhere for a contractor. And, I DID and glad of it. Too bad most people looking for a restoration contractor don't do their homework in reading reviews like mine and others who have had a bad experience.
Dayna in the office was most helpful. The actual workers did an excellent job. Wasn’t fast but acquiring carpet was interesting. Would recommend.
Having a house leak with damage to the floors is not something one expects. Thanks to Advanced Pro Restoration our process of renovation, was made much easier. Brad, from Advance Pro, was extremely helpful, understanding, and efficient.
