SERVPRO of Lee's Summit

I own an estate sale company and we are working on behalf of a client who had experienced some flooding damage in her home. Tabitha was the Crew Chief who came to visit and inspect the site and to pickup some existing equipment. She was very professional, pleasant and friendly. If I ever need the services of Servpro, I will definitely ask for Tabitha to lead my project.

I had some water in my basement from a bad storm and Servpro was out there the same day and got things handled. They were extremely professional and called when they were coming to check on equipment. They put protection down from my garage to the basement and were very clean and tidy. Team was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend them for any of your water restoration needs. Thank you Servpro for getting my kids their play area back in such a timely manner!

The ServPro teams, both cleanup and restoration, did a great job of getting our finished basement back to normal after a sump pump failure. A special shoutout to our restoration project manager, Candace Williams who worked with us on both the financial and physical aspects of the project. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend both teams.

After a mishap with our cat accidentally turning on the basement water faucet, and flooding the bathroom, we figured we were doomed. Luckily, we got ahold of Serve Pro and Troy Melching came out to access the potential damage. We were able to save it in time. Troy was very professional, honest, and helpful as to helping us with our solution we chose. He even came back to make sure the area was on its way to being completely dry. Tabitha and Jacob came to help us on a Sunday during the Chiefs/Raiders home game. They brought all the equipment and were knowledgeable, helpful and communicative throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them!

We had ServPro complete our restoration work due to water leaks in the garage and interior. It was quite a project and required much attention to detail. Candace Williams was the project manager and did a great job! She stayed on top of things - kept us informed and worked closely with the subs to get the job done and to our satisfaction.
