You will not find a better company to oversee any project really (not limited to just water intrusion). My PM Jason Frodge stayed in constant contact with me through the entire project. The main office people were always very accommodating and polite. I couldn’t have chosen a better company to get our work done. A+.

I had a leak in my kitchen that soaked through my hardwood floors, and Arcus Restoration has been amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Everyone on the team has been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They've shown up on time, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure everything was clean and handled with care. I really appreciate their attention to detail and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing restoration work.

I had a leak in my wall from the outside water source which caused us to have mold. Arcus was able to come to my house, inspect the area and get me a quote within a few days. Everyone I dealt with was very nice & professional. Arcus is a great company to work with & I’d use them again if I had to.

We were referred by our insurer to Arcus for water damage mitigation. Although the process was painful, the Arcus team made it as good as they possibly could. I want to single out Steven Page who was my main contact who was calm and reassuring throughout the process. He answered all our questions, didn’t give us false hope or make things sound worse than they were. It was a pleasure working with him. Their customer service was fantastic and I’m so glad we went through their team. Dealing with upset people in their time of greatest stress must be so difficult so I wanted to write this note to say thanks!

These guys were AWESOME my roof looks great they went above and beyond and did fabulous work and in very little time A++++++++. Cam also was awesome anytime I had a question or wanted anything particular they were on it! Thank you so much Arcus Restoration!!!! I will always call you guys first!!!!!!!

The Arcus team has been fantastic! We had a water issue in our home. They arrived promptly and immediately addressed the issue while keeping us informed at every step of the process. They are an approved vendor with our insurance, which helped make the process seamless. All of the Arcus staff has been personable and professional at every step of the process. We are thankful at our insurance adjuster connected us with Arcus - highly recommended!

Arcus agreed to do our water damage after the Christmas storm. They came in , ripped up my floors. In the process the damaged walls, doors left nails hanging out or the floor. Ruined the wood on the staircase. After meeting with the project manager John a month later, he said he’s not willing to finish the job. So it two months later and we have no floors and holes in the walls. Do not trust this company! Our contract also called for epoxy floors in garage and wants to slap paint down. In my opinion he’s not really a contractor, he’s lazy and doesn’t wants to do what he agreed to I’m adding to the list of items they did, removed air vents/ducts under house and never replaced them. I guess we are now heating the crawl space
