Everything performed as promised. Crawlspace is now very clean and mold free. Floor joists were professionally reinforced. Great, friendly, hard working, and efficient crew. I highly recommend this company.

We had sewage back up into part of our home. I reached out and Bob came to evaluate and I had an estimate within 24 hours of calling. They worked through the weekend and everything that was damaged was gutted and sanitized within 72 hours of calling! We ultimately chose Full Recovery and Restoration because they don't just do the demolition; they also do the remodeling. We wanted to get everything done as quickly as possible, and the transition from demolition to rebuilding was seamless, which saved us the time and stress of having to coordinate with multiple contractors. They remodeled everything for us, including framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, cabinets, and countertops! When we were done (within a month) everything was even better than before. We're very grateful for the service we received this past month, working with Full Recovery and Restoration took a huge weight off our shoulders in a stressful situation. Highly recommended!

Robert Varzino diagnosed our crawl space moisture issues, quoted us a fair price, did the work promptly and made sure to return and check to see things were in order after the encapsulation was done. He was friendly and trustworthy and went above and beyond, doing all the work while we were out of town and keeping us apprised of the process along the way. While running my own booth at this year's Franklin Ag Center home show, I checked out three crawl space encapsulation companies and had each of them come to my house and give me an estimate. Full Recovery and Restoration was actually the most budget friendly and I asked them to upgrade the materials to match the offerings of the other two companies and they still ended up costing less! I remodel kitchens for a living and own my own company and I know about customer satisfaction. Robert Varzino was communicative, straight forward and practical with the proposed solutions. He was flexible too when the project scope needed to be modified to deal with unforeseen situations. You will get more bang for your buck with this company and they do great work. I don't dread going in my crawl space anymore and I can already feel how the dehumidifier has improved the environment in my crawl space. Good-bye mold! It's tough to find good quality at a fair price, but I believe this company has that to offer their clients.
