I Used WFM Restoration for water mitigation for a leak in my Condo. Juan Morales and his team were exceptional. This was my first experience with any kind of home owner repair/issue, and Juan made me feel both informed and comfortable with every step. I called on a Thursday, and he was at my place to evaluate what needed to be done by Friday morning. He offered to start work the very next day! He is quick, clear, and efficient. I had a leak in my bathtub that led to water damage underneath my bedroom flooring. Juan and his team only ripped up and removed what was needed to ensure that my condo was dry and safe. They did not rip up more than was needed and kept my home clean and secure. I also asked that they put my furniture back when they job was done, as it may be some time until the contractors can get in here and I needed to be back in my living space ASAP. They made this happen with little to no stress for me. I cannot recommend them enough for your water mitigation needs. They are outstanding!

We were referred to Juan and his team by a plumber once the plumber saw our job was going to take more than just a quick fix. Juan contacted me within 30 minutes of the plumber leaving my house. This was a very scary time for me as I had noticed water on my kitchen ceiling that caused me to call a plumber in the first place. Juan was extremely reassuring and eased my worries about what was going to happen. His team came that night to start the process of drying out what was wet. He walked me through the process, including calling the insurance company to report the claim on our behalf! His guys were exceptional and soon came in to assess the damage and start work on gutting our kitchen and upstairs bathroom where the leak had originated. They packed up all of our belongings in the rooms that needed work, and worked quickly and efficiently on removing what will need to be replaced. Everything was left clean after their demolition. There was no need to shop for a contractor to do the repairs as Juan also started that process for us and the contractor contacted me for next steps. We are still in the process, but without Juan, I have no idea what this process would look like. I highly recommend calling Juan right away if you notice any water damage in your home!! You will not be disappointed!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the BEST experience with WFM Restoration! After a water heater leak damaged my floors, the owner himself answered the phone on a Sunday and had me scheduled the very next day. By Tuesday his demo team was on-site—clean, efficient, and only removing what was necessary. Everything was kept neat in a zipped-up enclosure with drying equipment running from day one. He also had a plumber out the next day to fix the leak and lined up a contractor for repairs, making the whole process seamless. Communication was excellent, and even my insurance company liked working with them because they are so professional and organized. If you ever need help with water, fire, or mold damage, this is the company you want. Professional, reliable, and stress-free from start to finish!

I had the unfortunate experience of having a toilet tank burst while I was at work and before the water got turned off it was leaking down into the garage. My son and I have been through the worst 6 months of our lives and were finally at the end and this happens. I didn’t know what to do or how to even afford all this since I haven’t set up my insurance yet. Juan was an absolute Angel in the darkness, willing to work with me being a self pay and also being so gracious the whole way through. The team that was sent out were very courteous and swift to remove all the wet insulation and set up fans. Thank you to Juan, and to the whole company, for taking care of the little people out there like me.

Our water heater went out and caused water damage to our drywall, laundry room, And kitchen floors. Juan and his team came out quickly and went right to work to get everything dried up, as well as to prevent mold from occurring. They were fast, efficient, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process, even after their job was considered done. I’d recommend WFM to anyone needing mitigation!

A water valve burst and flooded about half of my house. WFM was quick to respond, handled the water mitigation expeditiously, answered all my questions, and worked directly with insurance. I’d never wish this on anyone, but if your residence floods, you will be in great hands with these guys!!! 10/10 service for sure!
