Saw water puddle in the crawlspace of our rental during routine inspection. Called Tyler of Boise Mold Removal whom I worked with before for a bathroom rebuild and he immediately inspected the issue and worked with his team to immediately remedy the issue before it gets worse. His team fixed the leaky faucet, double-checked the issue is addressed, and finally made sure the affected (adjoining) carpet area is dry and sanitized to prevent any (possible) future issue.
