This company goes above and beyond in every way! Awesome service characterized by thoroughness and integrity. Very polite and friendly. Clearly explained my options regarding removal of mold. Daniel did a great job and left the area clean. Could not be more pleased. I’ll be recommending this company to everyone I know.

I contracted Resto Clean to remediate discoloration on two sheets of OSB in our attic. I obtained quotes from five companies and Resto Clean was very competitive. Ultimately, I selected Resto Clean because I was impressed with their professionalism. Their quote described each step of the remediation process along with the cost. Daniel started work the day after I accepted the quote. Daniel was efficient, professional, and immediately earned my trust. Nathan inspected Daniels work prior to signing off on the treatment. Independent re-inspection of the attic found no residual signs of discoloration. I couldn't be happier with the work that Nathan and Daniel completed, and I would highly recommend Resto Clean.

Resto Clean is awesome. We learned about them after they helped our friends when their neighbor’s house caught on fire and spread to their house. They did an absolutely amazing job, whereas the company their neighbor used to restore their house did not. They did mold testing for us for a very reasonable price. And when we had an unidentified smell in a closet for weeks that we couldn’t get rid of, Nathan sprayed and it was completely gone that day! Nathan was so helpful and thorough, and didn’t even charge us since it was a small and quick job. They really care about doing the best work possible and saving you money when they can. I would not use anyone else as Resto Clean is the best.

UPDATE!.. (10/29/25) When a person is steadfast, it means they are firm, loyal, and determined, remaining unwavering in their beliefs, purpose, or support. A steadfast person is reliable and consistent, not easily moved by challenges or distractions… This absolutely defines my relationship and experience with Paula at Resto Clean. She was my regular point of contact, and Lejon with my insurance company representative at USAA. As we navigated through the twists and turns of getting our damage, remediated, compensated for, and prepped for the restoration process, Paula was at the helm, keeping it all afloat and on course.. Her efforts are very much appreciated. Our washing machine Water level shut off valve Failed to shut off while we were out on an errand (This was a Sunday ) and we came home to find water pouring out of the top of our washing machine.. I Secured the water and immediately called Resto Clean.. Paul showed up within 45 minutes and immediately started hustling to mediate the crisis. Within a couple of hours, he had dryers in numerous places to include the crawlspace, and went to draining pooled water in the ducts. His composure, steadfastness, and experience were on full display. First thing Monday morning, Daniel and Joe showed up to check on the progress of the dryers and condition of the ducts. Again, I was impressed with the professionalism And competence of these two young men. They assured me that a crew would be there the next day to remove the wet and damaged ducting and reinstall new ducting.. at this point in the process, I feel like I am in very good hands!

Daniel and Will were not only efficient and thorough in their work, but they were also incredibly courteous and professional with our staff. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I just needed a quick inspection of my attic before installing a new fan up there. Matt stopped by completely free of charge to inspect it. Although I did not end up needing to hire them for further services, I appreciate their willingness to stop by for a free inspection and would definitely use them if I needed another service from them. Daniel was professional, kind, and helped me come up with a plan to address some minor issues (thank goodness!) in our crawl space. He took lots of photos during his inspection so I could see what he saw while he was down there. The inspection was free and he did not push me to buy further service. Although, I would feel good about hiring Resto Clean in the future.
