Quick Dry Restoration

We discovered two leaks downstairs and our warranty sent Quick Dry Restorations to inspect the issue. That’s when this entire nightmare began. They told us the repairs couldn’t go through the warranty and had to be processed through insurance. They tore out our tub, flooring, and bathroom to dry everything out and told us it would take about a month. It’s now almost December and our home looks worse than when they started. They left multiple patch-test holes in both bathrooms, missing trim, a huge cut in our dining room wall, and our main bathroom is completely unusable. It gets even worse: when they removed our vanity, the technician left a faucet ON, which caused a whole new leak that damaged our basement ceiling and wall. They admitted it was their mistake, but never offered any discount or urgency to fix the additional damage they caused. Now our downstairs is torn apart too. Their communication has been terrible. Weeks go by with no updates. They show up maybe once a week, work 30–45 minutes, then leave. In late October they told us our insurance had "approved everything" and that once we received the check they would begin the rebuild. On November 11th, they called asking if we had heard anything from insurance. When we contacted insurance ourselves, we were told nothing had been approved because Quick Dry was missing paperwork and their pricing was so inflated that insurance wasn’t willing to pay them. Quick dry told us that our second bathroom (shower-only) was fixed and safe to use. That was not true. The flooring started warping and the wall showed water damage. When we contacted them again, they said they couldn’t help because that claim was "closed," even though nothing was actually completed. Now that bathroom is even more damaged. Because of their lack of communication, carelessness, and failure to check things properly, we now have two bathrooms with water damage, a torn-apart basement, holes throughout our walls, missing trim, and no clear plan or timeline. Our experience with Quick Dry Restorations has been awful — unprofessional, unorganized, inconsistent, and careless. We’ve been living in a construction zone for months because of them. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Came in to fix a simple leak in my bathrooms. Ended up doing and insurance claim on my bathrooms. They said one was good you can use it and it wasn’t leaks everywhere. The other bathroom was destroyed have holes in my basement ceiling, holes in my dining room holes in the other bathroom that they pulled there samples from. They’d come in 1 day out the week work an hour then leave. They’d sent me an email that work was approved from my insurance. Then a month goes but no communication no nothing I’m calling dallyn the guy in charge from quick restoration no answer finally my insurance calls says it was never approved still waiting on documents on there end. Well now I’m almost 3 months with no bathroom holes in the walls looking for a different restoration company to finish the job. Plz don’t choose quick dry they will run a simple bathroom leak into a 15,000 dollar bill!!!! Never will I choose them or recommend them again!

This guys are really good! Ethan, Chris and Mike came in to our house-kitchen to do the job around 10am Cleaning, vacuuming, pulling the sink with the cabinets. They work fast. I will recommend this guys.

Update: Quick Dry is about in the middle of their week-long restoration project on our Kitchen. Very prompt and professional service. They guided me from the day of my flood through the remodel process. Cody, Ethan, Darin and Nick all made sure I got a message with the ETA for them each day they were checking on my drying process. Great service ! Met with Cody to assess some water damage from our water heater and he was very insightful on what the game plan was and best part was their help with coordinating with our insurance. Their techs also were quick to respond tht day to the damage and follow up with out interruption in my day to day.
