Too often contractors fail to communicate or show up on time. They communicated with me if they were to be 10 minutes late. They realized my time was valuable, which is a deficiency with so many contractors. Price was within estimate, work is done well. The owner, Jeremy Clause, was honest, easy to work with, and even stopped by job site a couple times.

I had water damage on 3 levels of my home. Dustin and Matt were very professional and thorough. I was amazed how quickly they were able to gut everything and clean up all affected areas. The rebuild contractors were impressed with their quality and eye for detail. Every nail was removed and all areas were left spotless . Thanks to everyone who helped in the process.

excellent experience with the staff at ServiceMaster. From the time I initially called to get an estimate until the job was completed, their service was top-notch. Great communication, on-time service, friendly and professional. Of particular note, Tyler was superb to work with. He responded right away to all of my text messages prior to the job and he showed up on time. Tyler was very transparent about all of the costs associated with the job and the exact process for completing the work. He stopped frequently during the job to show me before and after pictures of how the ductwork was being cleaned. I highly recommend hiring this company for the thorough work that they do, the cost, and the professional service.

If I could give them a lower rating then a 1 I would. We had water in our basement from our sump pump glitching. We had started the removal of water , objects etc ( as we didn’t want water to sit. As service master arrived They immediately started to tear everything out (which we know is common) as we had done this before. And keep in mind our basement had water but water did not reach ever room instead of showing an diligence whatsoever- they cut out drywall in every inch of our basement - even in areas that did not sustain water. Tore out ever door jam and removed our doors and hardware. My husband began to question why they tore out door jams ( which had no water) doors and all of our hardware. The crew member snapped at him and said ‘were doing our job- let us do it or were leaving’. By all means we wanted a thorough job & ensure there would be no mold in future however service master took this beyond that. Ripping out doors that weren’t wet, ripping out door jams in every door way and not removing hardware - which is without a doubt cleanable. The bill was outrageous and then we realized why they tore our entire basement out - ripping out areas toward the ceiling and drywall in every square inch. - they charged triple what the company we used the time prior. Worst company out there- they have no care or concern for the homeowner. Do NOT use this company for water damage!!! They did the exact same thing to one of my husbands clients who used them after a pipe busted in their kitchen. Over charged and rip out everything - since it will take them longer and up charge for time.
