I had mold issues in my basement, so I called AdvantaClean for an estimate. Andrew was very friendly and professional. He came out to give me a bid within two of days of me calling and the bid was very fair. Once I accepted the bid, Andrew was out within a week to perform the remediation. He did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend AdvantaClean of Omaha to anyone needing this type of service.

Andrew is so great. Very patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was very punctual, cleaned up really well and knows exactly what he’s doing.

I submitted a contact form to request an estimate and clearly stated in my message that my preferred method of communication was email only. Instead, I received phone calls. This makes it obvious that my message was not fully read. If a business cannot take the time to review and respect a simple customer request, it does not inspire confidence in the quality of service.

We found black mold on basement wall and called AvantaClean. Andrew was quick to respond and came by and gave us a bid. We had to dehumidify before work could begin. Overall the job took 3 hrs.
