I highly recommend Matt P. to manage your project and Felix to complete the work. These two have been absolutely incredible to partner with. Their communication, attention to detail, and overall customer service are truly exceptional. I spoke with several other companies, but I never felt as confident moving forward with our shower renovation as I did with Matt and Felix. Matt went above and beyond to answer every question I had, always providing thorough and timely responses. I never waited more than an hour for a reply from him—his professionalism and reliability are unmatched. Felix is outstanding—personable, meticulous, and communicative. My three-year-old son was fascinated by everything Felix was doing, and once it was safe, Felix took the time to show him the project. As they were wrapping up, he even invited my son to help fold the moving blanket and put materials back in the truck, which meant so much to us. If we ever find ourselves in a remediation situation again, I will 1000% be calling United and requesting to work with both Matt and Felix. They truly made a stressful situation easier and exceeded every expectation.

Matt and crew were awesome to work with. They responded quickly when our dishwasher flooded out kitchen and ruined our basement ceiling. They were kind and considerate, they explained each step of the process and answered all of our questions. We are very happy with the cleanup work they did for us and I would recommend them to anyone in the Omaha area.

I have had no other experiences from water damage I went with this company through a referral and I couldn't have been happier it was an all-in-one company they did the water restoration they did the contracting and they did the carpeting. I was very impressed with Mike he kept me a bridge on everything that was being done anytime I had questions he was right there to answer them I couldn't have asked for better people to be in my home doing the maintenance of what needed to be done. They all were both courteous personable and also very professional they were an excellent company to have taken care of my issues.

The best guys for any job!!!! They showed up in minutes and made sure me were taken care of. They saved my house and worked seamlessly through our insurance! If you need almost anything done, these are the guys for the job!

We used United Water Restoration of Omaha back in 2017 after a water supply line broke in the middle of the night. All 3 floors of our house were flooded and we were just beside ourselves. We did not even know where to begin. We called United Water and they came out right away. They explained the process, reassured us they would take care of us and got right to work cleaning up the mess. We were very impressed with the professionalism, transparency, communication and sincerity of the team who handled the job back then. Fast forward to August 2025 and we were hit with (yet another) nasty storm here in Blair. We had rain blow through our double front doors, come in through all the windows on the south side of our house (damaging the drywall below the windows), leak into the basement from the subflooring on the main level and wet the carpet in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. United Water was the first company we called as we knew we could trust them based on our prior experience. And they did not disappoint!! Matt and his team were great to work with. Matt explained every thing again and reiterated that they would make the process as quick and stress free as possible. They were very professional, respectful and diligent. The process was easy and they worked quickly, although they have several other jobs in the area due to the storm. Both of our experiences with United Water Restoration of Omaha have been great! Two separate teams, two different house in two different cities and we received the same great, genuine service. We highly recommend them to anyone!
