All Hands Restoration

A pipe burst in my shower and it flooded the entire wall, through to the living room. Spoke to John and All Hands was able to quickly come out and help address our situation. They were efficient, affordable, clean, and good to work with throughout our experience. They removed the damaged walls, dried out the entire space, and removed some mold that was hiding behind our tiles. We ended up having them help with a small bathroom renovation to repair. Would definitely call them again in the future.

We had a sudden water leak that led to mold behind the walls at our house in Redwood City. All Hands Restoration showed up quickly, set up containment, and got the place dried and cleaned fast. They explained every step, shared moisture readings, and worked directly with our insurance. The crew was punctual, respectful of our home, and left everything spotless. we had an unexpected water damage situation, and john from all hands restoration responded the very same day. he had someone out to assess within hours, and we received a clear, fair quote the next day. their responsiveness and professionalism stood out immediately. ultimately, our property manager decided to move forward with a different company they typically use, but i truly wish we could have chosen all hands. even after learning we wouldn’t be hiring them for the remediation, john and his team went above and beyond.. they reviewed the other company’s astronomically high quote for us, gave thoughtful notes, and offered advice they absolutely didn’t have to give. it was generous, transparent, and so appreciated during a stressful time. we’ll likely be using all hands for the construction/build-back phase, and i couldn’t recommend them more highly. they’re prompt, honest, kind, and clearly care about their clients. if you have a choice, go with this company!

We made the mistake of not hiring All Hands from the beginning. We hired another company (you may have heard of them), and they miserably failed to clean up the mess and overcharged. All Hands cleaned up "their mess" and the actual mess in record time at a fair price. I was kept updated at every step of the way and All Hands made efforts to keep costs down with grace, integrity, and quality in mind. I wish all vendors were like All Hands.

All Hands Restoration helped us out when we discovered a serious mold issue in one of our units. The framing throughout was heavily affected and needed to be fully remediated before any reconstruction could begin. Their team quickly removed all visible mold, performed a detailed cleaning, and thoroughly dried the framing to ensure the mold wouldn’t return and the space was safe to rebuild. The difference afterward was night and day. They were professional, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We’ll definitely be calling them again if another issue comes up.

Needed help with a leak in the roof of my garage that ruined the wall and electrical. Johnny came right away, figured out the problem and that sucker was dry in less than a day. He even was so nice to help me find where the potential hole was in the roof and gave suggestions for fixing it and it worked! Awesome company.

John and the team did great work in our kitchen — they’re really knowledgeable about the mold remediation process and their work was efficient and responsive.
