UPDATED 10/30/2024 The Positive Experience: • Allied Restoration Co. responded to our emergency call of a major water leak in our home. There was water on the floors of multiple rooms, and we needed a cleanup crew to come ASAP. I called Allied Restoration Co. based on their positive online reviews. The only downside of this emergency call: there was an Emergency Service Call charge of $382.29. The Disappointing Experiences: • I signed a contract to perform $7,500 of work. Per their contract terms, any changes to this estimate would require a sign-off by both parties. I understood that there was a lot of clean-up and repair work that would need to be done. After three work days + a weekend, I requested work to be stopped and for us to receive an invoice for the work completed to date. I was shocked when we received a bill for Completed Work totaling $17,130.09. I did not sign off on this. I was expecting us to sign off on any work beyond $7,500, but they did not do that. They went against their contract agreement (the Sign Off), and said it was up to me to tell them to stop work. • In the Completed Work Invoice, we were charged $1,138.72 for PPE. I questioned this and told them I never saw a worker with PPE on. They dropped the charge. • There was a Cleaning Fee of $242.20. I noted to the company that the floors were quite dirty at the end of their eight days on site. Their response: "...if the floors aren't clean now it was from the 8 days of people walking on them after that." So they cleaned the floors on Day 1 or 2, and did not use drop cloths. They agreed to drop the Cleaning Fee. When I hire a company, I look for transparency, honesty, and good judgment. I did not have that experience with Allied Restoration Co. The real unfortunate last straw was me sending an email questioning some of the charges (charges which proved to be dishonest or in poor judgment), and they responded by filing a lien against the property (rather than answering my email, re: questionable charges). We have settled our bill and transferred the remaining work to our General Contractor.

I used Allied Restoration Company when my ice maker box leaked and caused water damage in my kitchen. After talking with my insurance company I contacted Allied. They were prompt to respond and were at my house the next day. The workers were polite and professional and explained the whole process to me. I highly recommend Allied Restoration Company.

Use this company. I can't say enough good about them. They came out to save me from a huge leak situation. I had no idea how to handle any of it and they made it simple. Even my insurance adjuster said that this was the best company and gave her the information in a perfect way to be able to expedite the claim.

Our basement flooded due to a problem with our sump pump. Allied responded timely, put the right equipment in for the right amount of time and helped to remove items that were water damaged beyond repair. The communication with me through the process was very good. No surprise visits or issues with their bill. I would definitely recommend them. Of course, I hope to never have to call them again!! But if I do, I know they will respond to help me out again. Thanks.

I had the unfortunate experience of a punctured water pipe during our second shelter in place in CA. Allied was called and within a couple hours they began cleaning up residual water, setting up fans and dehumidifiers answering any questions along the way. I wish I could name them all, but Shaheen was our PM and you would be in good hands if you get him. Masks and gloves were worn at all times and they went the extra mile to test the house to ensure we were clear. They even referred me to a GC for the repairs. This company meets a promise to help you in a tough spot.
