The work done by RestoreX was exceptional, following the flooding in my home. Their professionalism, quality of work, but most of all their communication made a very stressful time much easier to deal with. Their process was clearly explained, and they met every timeline set. When a home is flooded, communication And responsiveness are extremely important as there are many moving parts with equipment and testing, etc. Laura and Brandi Were my main contacts and they were exceptional in their responsiveness to my questions. I am a first time user of any water mitigation service, but I don’t believe you could do any better than RestoreX .

Very pleased with this team of professionals! After suffering extensive water damage, from workers ripping out a dishwasher and consequently breaking the water pipe, in the second floor unit above me, Laura from RestoreX was on the job; moisture meter in hand, she got to it, assessing walls and floors for water content, taping areas for demoing...what followed was a well-orchestrated succession of mitigation processes, including setting up dehumidifiers, immediately and removing all affected flooring and walls. Tony, Jonathan, Rosa and her partner, were friendly and competent. Timing is of the essence, when it comes to water intrusions and they were on it in record time. I'm grateful for their knowledge, expertise, friendly demeanor and trustworthiness.

We had a major insurance claim in our home resulting in cabinets having to be rebuilt, and an entirely new floor and baseboards for the 1st floor. We opted to use AAA's preferred vendor and it was RestoreX. Wow, could not be happier. This is truly a company built on integrity, honesty, and quality of work. They were communicative, responsive, ultra professional and the finished product is better than what we ever could have expected. So much so that we plan on using them for our next major renovation (bathrooms or kitchen). Anyone who has done even a little construction knows problems are inevitable. RestoreX got in front of them, and never let them become OUR problem. 10/10, you will not be disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about RestoreX. We had a lithium iron phosphate battery fire in our RV which damaged the interior of the vehicle and caused extensive smoke damage. Nory King came out to take a look at it and provided an estimate of the demolition and cleaning that would be needed before it could be re-built. He provided a very thorough estimate and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It turned out that our insurance company ended up totaling the RV. His assistance in assessing the damage was one key reason that we ended up with the result that we did. In a nutshell, the chemical smoke damage was so significant that it would have been very difficult to adequately address the problem. I know RestoreX usually deals with structural fire & smoke damage which can often be remedied. You can be sure that if we have future needs of this type that RestoreX will be the first company we call.

My plumber turned me on to RestoreX with a leak from an upstairs bathroom into a dining room in a rental unit. Within two hours Manny (a Project Manager) called me back on a Saturday during Memorial Day Weekend. The project was handled efficiently with the end result far exceeding my expectations; everything was taken care. They were extremely accessible through the process and did everything they could to turn this project around (during a pandemic) so I could get my tenant back into their home. They're truly a full white glove service provider in a very messy business. I'm extremely appreciative and would use them again without hesitation.

We had a plumbing fitting fail and walked into work in the morning to water everywhere! I got a referral to RestoreX from my plumber, called them, and they were quickly on site and addressing the situation. They kept in touch, billed fairly, and got the job done. Period.

A highly recommended company. One of the bedroom and a part of the living room suffered water damages. Restorex did an excellent job in mitigating those damaged areas. Their workers were friendly and always showed up on time. They cleaned up their mess very well. Now that's what I call professionalism. I would not hesitate recommending this company.
