They were extremely responsive and followed up with me multiple times to ensure all my concerns were addressed. The technician was very professional, took the time to explain everything in detail, and never rushed through the appointment. Eco Pro came out to consult about an issue in my basement. Mr Stal was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient in helping me understand the situation and very generous with his time. He was clearly not trying to make a sale, but really had my best interests in mind! Very appreciative!

Upon receiving a call from my plumber that he had discovered mold as he was renovating my bathroom, I was extremely apprehensive about who could help me resolve and remediate this health hazard as quickly as possible. I researched online reviews and reached out to a few companies for a consultation to address the issue. I cannot recommend Jerry and Edo Pro Restoration enough. He came that same evening, put me quickly at ease reassuring the problem was on the surface and I could easily address it myself. Another company provided a virtual consultation and painted an entirely different picture. Eco Pro was my go to but I was not comfortable doing remediating the problem myself and so Jerry arranged for someone to come the very next day. This was handled quickly, thoroughly, and in a cost-effective manner. I so appreciate the outstanding service I received.

Jerry was very professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable! After finding a large section of spotting in our basement, we were able to locate the water source and fixed that but were left with yellowing and dark spots along our exterior basement cement wall that showed signs of water damage. We expected to have to remediate the mold so we reached out to a few companies to schedule quotes and Eco Pro Restorations was the second company to come out. Jerry examined the wall and gave a detailed description of how the water traveled and caused the spotting but immediately eased our concerns and provided us with alternative solutions that were way more economical. He gave us a simple recommendation to spray the area and grade the soil outside. It’s hard to find honest company's/teams that won’t try to upsell you but thankfully Jerry from Eco Pro Restorations is. I highly recommend them!

I ultimately didn’t use their services, but Tiffany and John provided exceptional support throughout the entire process—from the initial quote and inspection to the final report for my insurance company. Even after learning they couldn’t service my specific needs, they went above and beyond, offering assistance and referrals that far exceeded what other companies provided. Their customer service is outstanding, and their knowledge is evident. I’ve already recommended Eco Restoration to both my friends and my homeowner group.
