First Call Restoration

Had water damage in our home. Ruined ceiling, cabinets, busted pipe in upstairs bathroom etc. First Call Restoration was so quick to respond, the team took care of everything. Ben was spectacular to work with as we had some water damage from a hail-damaged roof that was in need of repair. He came out quickly and got us a plan for what repairs would be needed. We were scheduled promptly and they were able to get the repairs completed on a very appreciated timeline that took into account our availability. Rob and his team did a spectacular job doing the repairs and everything looks as good as new. We are very happy with the work that was put in and would definitely reach back out to First Call if we ever were to find ourselves in a similar situation 🙂

First Call Restoration did a fantastic job repairing our kitchen, bathroom, and hallway after a leaky fridge line. Rob was great about scheduling all the work and communicating what we should expect - he even went the extra mile to plan around a big grad party we were hosting. Every subcontractor they hired was top-notch - friendly, professional, and highly skilled. In the end, our house is even better now than it was before. Drew and Les were great to work with. Had a small area in my basement that needed to be repaired from water damage, probably much smaller than most jobs but I never felt like they cared any less to make sure everything went smoothly. Overall a great experience working with these guys!

Couldn’t be happier about the work that First Call Restoration did on our home… after we had a pipe burst under the kitchen sink when we weren’t home there was water EVERYWHERE and they were able to get everything back to its pre flood condition. Two levels of our home were damaged and the results from their work was phenomenal. Highly suggest if you are dealing with something similar to what happened to us!
