Our home had extensive water damage due to a second story flood in our kids' bathroom. From the moment they picked up the phone to restoring our home to its original beauty, Lindstrom has been incredible through every step of the process. They have treated our family like their own, they have been so careful with our home, and the communication throughout the entire process has been amazing. We added on some upgrades to our home that they priced fairly. The design process was easy and the designer was great to work with. And most of all, our on site project coordinator, Anders, has been a gem to work with. He loves his job, and it shows. He is checking in just to see how our family is doing. We had a water issue at our building in Minnetonka that needed immediate attention. Contact Lindstrom Restoration and Brett Bybee & Antonio Jubera were quick to respond. They scanned all of the areas and installed the fans & dehumidifiers into the areas to dry everything out quickly. They were both very courteous and very professional in handling or issue. Lindstorm helped us restoring our kitchen and basement from a water flooding damage. All of the team members worked very efficiently and did a good job. All of them are very respectful in behavior and understanding our requirements. My special kudos to following people: 1. Sean- I requested him to make my kitchen functional by Aug 3rd (I didn’t have the kitchen since Dec 2024!!) for a personal reason. He promised and he did it! I exactly cooked in my kitchen on Aug 3rd after almost 8 months! I love his smiling face!! Thank you Sean! 2. Mel - Very particular in clean & concise communication… helped in scheduling that made the work progress well. She always listened to our need and scheduled the jobs accordingly. Thank you Mel! 3. Our house was destroyed by a fire on Aug 4, 2024. We chose Lindstrom to help us with the remediation and rebuilding of our home. They were our partners through one of the toughest periods of our life. They handled all of the awful remediation work, and then they rebuilt our house with great craftsmen. The quality and attention to detail has been exceptional. All the while, they navigated the tough conversations with the insurance company. The team at Lindstrom was first rate. Jeremy, Josh and the crew were great to work with and always accommodated my questions and asks along the way. The fit and finish of the work was top notch as well and they completed my project earlier than originally scoped.

After a 100+ foot tall maple tree fell on our house, the Lindstrom team including Sean Matchan, Casey, Scott, Matt, Mel, Madi, Josh and others restored our home, both inside and out, so that it looked even better than it did before. Sean and team were there until 3am the morning after the tree fell to patch the roof and prevented further water damage. The entire Lindstrom team continued to go above and beyond throughout the whole project making sure that we were happy with their work every step of the way.
