We were happy to work with Ungerman on the rebuild phase of our water damage project (switching from Paul Davis who were bad). The estimator and project manager from Ungerman did a good job and were responsive, but the contractors that we worked with were a highlight--all skilled folks and nice people. There were a few small timing and communication hiccups that prevent a 5 star review but we have recommended Ungerman to others already and would choose them again.

The demo team was friendly, efficient and fast! We felt we were in capable hands! Mindy and her team came out and packed up the house contents, both damaged and non! They did an excellent job as well!! We worked with 2 project Managers during the entire experience, Paul and Mike, who were exemplary!! They know their stuff, communicated well with us, helped us navigate the entire process and told us what to expect! The rebuilding went well, very capable tradesmen and crews brought in. The result, our house is now put back together with beautiful results!!! Of course, this can be a stressful time but Ungerman Construction made it much easier for us. My husband and I highly recommend them! Thank you to all of you at Ungerman Construction for your help, efficiency and attention to detail, as well as your kindness!!!! We are forever grateful!!!

I have never been more impressed with a construction company! I have had very bad experiences with others that stressed me out so much with so many issues, but Ungerman has been fantastic and have showed me that there are good construction companies out there.Taylor and Aaron have played vital roles in making sure that communications are met, that everything is being done properly, and that I am happy with the work. I have been included in all conversations along the way, knew When work was being done, knew What work was being done, and when it would be finished by. I had a couple personal setbacks myself, where I needed to put off work and they graciously helped me through this process and did the work around what I needed. I had a lot of work done on the home and didn’t know how to put everything together color wise. Ungerman got a designer for free to help me put all the colors together and make the house look better than I could have imagined. Every worker that has been out to my house has been courteous, answered any questions I had with knowledge, and cleaned up very well around the home where you would never know work was being done. The workmanship was top notch! I felt like this project was so big and would be so much stress, and to be honest with you Ungerman has made it so easy for me that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything that I expected to be done with the house was done, my concerns or questions were notated, and then were communicated with me on how they either would be fixed or how it would be taken care of. If you are looking for a FIVE STAR construction company to come in and do your home the right way, Ungerman is the way to go. If I ever had any future work being done on my house, this is the only company that I would call.

We had an excellent experience with Ungerman and would gladly recommend them to friends and family. They were very communicative and worked quickly to resolve our issue. They were flexible to work with for scheduling and fitting the construction project into my required dates.

Ungerman construction was Great and did beautiful work! Our house was completely destroyed by a water pipe burst and they listened and rebuilt our home to better than before. I felt it took long but it was the entire home so 8 months was worth it. Bob our estimator was there for us the entire time, Rob our project manager was great and had wonderful ideas and Jim the carpenter who was here all the time does beautiful work , very friendly and hard working! Also a big shout out to Chris who helped Jim when needed he was great too! Would recommend them for sure.

We had water damage in our basement due to frozen pipes. We called our insurance company and requested help. Ungerman was sent out immediately and they were phenomenal! They were so good at every aspect of the emergency process that we requested they be the company that restores our basement. Again, they were outstanding at every aspect of the process. They follow through on everything and the communication is top notch. We have worked with many companies prior to this and Ungerman is by far the best experience we have had and it isn't even close. We appreciate them so much that we are going to be reaching out to them in the near future to ask for bids on other projects we need completed around the house. We finally have our go to company and we highly recommend them!

This company has sadly decided to not finish our remodel post mitigation because we called them out on not properly accessing and addressing our water damage. When we raised concerns and the estimator dropped us as client the next day. This employee was unfriendly when he came to our home to do the inspection, and everytime I asked a questions or concerns abruptly cut me off several times. Our dishwasher leak left the side panels of our cabinets wet and the floor. The estimator only evaluated the floor and when we questioned why he said " I couldn’t see the cabinets because the partially removed dishwasher was blocking his view". So with that, they ignored our cabinets. Despite the mitigation team expressing concerns daily during moisture check about the panels being wet. Then when my concerns became valid the following week and I was not pleased with things were being handled, they dropped us the next day. All good as I would rather spend my money with a company who follows due process and understands that clients experiencing unexpected home damage have concerns and are stressed from the process. Now our 3 year old has to walk around the partially ripped up wood flooring. They had no real reason to say they didn’t want to do the remodel and now we are left with our kitchen partially torn up. Beware of speaking up for your concerns.
