As a single mom, who comes through your home is extremely sensitive and important. Preston and his crew at McBride Restoration went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. Not only did they work quick but the communication along the way so I knew exactly what was happening, meant so much! We had water damage that affected both levels of our townhouse. Grateful to have had Preston come out and give his honest assessment of some damage from a small water leak. Rather than push a major mitigation job (which was the guidance I received from another restoration company) he advised there really wasn't a serious risk given the circumstances. Even took part of his Saturday to come check things out. Will definitely go back to McBride for future water restoration concerns!

We had extensive water damage in our clubhouse office—soaked rug, compromised sheetrock, and wet wall studs. McBride Restoration responded with an emergency call on a Friday evening and worked diligently throughout the following week to address the damage. They extracted water from the rug and walls, dehumidified the office and pump room, removed damaged wallboard and wet materials, and even cleared standing water from the cement underfloor. Their team was incredibly thorough, using moisture meters and taking detailed measurements and photos to assess what could be salvaged. Their fast and accurate damage estimates were a huge help in navigating our insurance claim. Communication was excellent—they always let us know when they’d be on-site and answered every question clearly. They were neat, respectful of our space, and went out of their way to preserve our security system and computers. Nothing was left behind, and undamaged items were carefully stacked and organized.
