Fire & Flood Restoration- VOX

I recently had some minor water damage in my newer home and was feeling very overwhelmed. I initially spoke with Andrew on the phone, who was reassuring and responsive from the start. Alex came out to handle the work, and he was professional, efficient, and made the whole process feel manageable. They helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. We recently discovered a leak from our AC at Jacob’s Mission Community Center, which affected the children’s nursery. Because the health and safety of the children we serve and our volunteers is our top priority, I immediately contacted VOX Fire and Flood Restoration. Andrew responded without hesitation and had his team onsite right away. As a center serving children impacted by foster care, we were incredibly grateful for how quickly and professionally they handled everything. They assessed the damage, set up equipment to air things out, and carefully sectioned off the affected area. Thanks to the microburst, we found ourselves with water infiltrating our drywall. State Farm recommended VOX, and seeing all of their great reviews, I reached out. Andrew answered and scheduled immediately. When he came to look at the damage, he was personable, honest, and even got us in contact with a roofing company they work with (the Roofing Company INC, highly recommend as well)! As for the demolition itself, Alex and his partner worked magic! They had to do multiple locations in the home with a lot of fans and dehumidifiers, so it took about a week. Throughout the process, he was responsive, communicative, and came to check on and update us multiple times. Virtually no mess was left behind, and they covered the bedframe with a tarp to keep it safe from drywall dust. Tldr; if you find yourself with water where it shouldn't be, reach out to VOX. They are amazing at what they do and great people.

Josh and Miguel did an excellent job fixing our bathroom leaks due to the rain water. Andrew, the owner is very supportive and goes a long way supervising the completion of the job. I would highly recommend these people and its company.

I was introduced to Vox Restoration by my insurance. Alex came out and gave me a free assessment and instructed me on the next steps. I ended up filing a claim with my insurance. Alex and the Vox company did a great job in my bathroom and master bedroom. They removed the drywall and carpet and cleaned up very well. Experience was very good.
