I can't say enough good things about my experience with Paul Davis. What started as an incredibly stressful situation with unexpected water damage turned into something truly positive, thanks to the outstanding people who supported me every step of the way. From the moment the mitigation team arrived, I felt like I was in capable, trustworthy hands. Kevin, the senior project manager for mitigation, was calm, professional, and deeply reassuring. He and his crew acted quickly to assess the damage, begin the drying process, and handle mold remediation thoroughly and efficiently. Their communication was clear, their work was meticulous, and their kindness during such a difficult time really meant a lot. Once mitigation was complete, I transitioned to the construction phase with Carl Nurse, senior project manager, and Otto, the lead technician — and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Carl was incredibly responsive, organized, and attentive to every detail. Otto and his crew brought such care and craftsmanship to the work — the new bathroom, kitchen, and flooring throughout my home are absolutely beautiful. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every part of the finished result. What stood out to me most wasn’t just the quality of the work (which was exceptional), but the way I was treated throughout the process. Every person I interacted with at Paul Davis treated my home — and me — with respect, patience, and genuine care. They made a tough situation so much easier and gave me a space I can finally feel proud and comfortable in again. Im a very hard person to please but my meeting Kevin Fleming from Paul Davis was a joy to meet. Kevin was so professional in dealing with my renovations his input his knowledge of dealing with Coop boards and management's requirements made my apartment transformation under his skillful watch so smooth and pleasant. Kevin kepted me informed of every aspect of what and when things were going to start and be completed . (Met all expectations and deadlines). Paul Davis Restoration performed an excellent job in my basement. The crew were very respectful and professional. They showed on time and didn't leave until everything was perfectly done before the drying process. My basement had water damaged from multiple broken sewer pipe. After JJ Hydronic Services Inc. removed and replaced the broken sewer pipes, Paul Davis Restoration crew came in the next day to removed everything that was damaged by the dirty water. They carefully packed all the damaged items, removed damaged walls and debris that got molded, and cleaned and disinfected all the areas. Their equipments took about two days to dry, absorb moisture, and remove the smell from the treatment. I'm very happy and satisfied with their work and I would recommend them to anyone requiring their expertise. Thank you so much guys!

We were referred to Paul Davis Restoration by our insurer after we suffered severe water damage from a leak in our apartment that required replacement of most of our hardwood flooring. The firm's project manager, Kevin Fleming, was top notch, guiding us through the process with a level of knowledge and diligence that was impressive. The results, particularly the ability to almost perfectly match the new flooring to the flooring that was replaced, were gratifying. We highly recommend the firm and Kevin in particular.

Paul Davis Restoration stepped in quickly when a waste water backup severely damaged our kitchen. Kevin Fleming, the project manager, arrived promptly, accurately assessed the damages and worked efficiently with our insurance company to resolve the financials. He communicated all aspects of this work in a clear and timely way. My wife and I are both architects so we greatly appreciate this level of professionalism. Once the crew arrived the demolition was handled efficiently and despite the amount of removals they kept the work area and the rest of the apartment organized and clean. We are very happy with the quality of the work and how Kevin worked with us to address resolve any discrepancies with our design. Since my wife and I work in design and construction we know that not everything goes according to plan and the key factor for the success of any project is how the contractor handles these issues. Kevin was great in this regard and we settled all issues to our liking. We have a couple of future projects in mind and will definitely reach out to PDR when the time comes.
