Restoration 1 Raleigh North

We had restoration 1 out to help us with a musty odor coming from our crawl space during the heavy rains this summer. Avery came out quickly, diagnosed the problem accurately, and Jake and Dwayne "encapsulated," (securing heavy plastic tarp which is a vapor barrier) throughout our large and not exactly square crawl space. They recommended a dehumidifier, helped us select one appropriate to our home, and Anthony himself came back and installed it. The price was fair given the amount of work involved. We trust these guys and were impressed with their honesty and work ethic. We recommend wholeheartedly, without reservations. Everything smells great now.

Keith came out to evaluate the property to provide an estimate for mold remediation. He was very professional and helpful to answer all my questions. I felt confident that he had our best interests in mind. Based on my experiences communicating with Dawn and Keith, I would definitely recommend Restoration1 of Durham-Greensboro. They always followed through with answers, timely in their responses and I really feel like they care about the people with are working with and talking to.

I am a 78 year old widow and was totally devastated by the flood that happened July 13, 2025 about 1:30 a.m. Keith and Jake are great! They stepped in, explained what needed to be done, in a way that was calming. They both are very professionally compassionate during this very stressful time. I want to give praise to the following people at Restoration 1, starting with Dawn. She was awesome from the first call. Helpful and comforting in our situation. On the second call she was up to speed on everything that had been done and what would be happening from there. Avery is an invaluable source. His knowledge and expertise is exceptional. He has worked hard and never slowed down. Very committed to our situation and helping the process move as it should. He cares about the project as if it is the only one he has going. Jake is as committed and wants the job done correctly. Keith came by and on a Saturday morning and checked the progress of the drying. He closed this portion and moved the equipment out and cleaned up. We are now ready for the next step in the process. One very important note. Restoration 1 has also been in touch with the Adjuster keeping them in the loop as to the progress of the project. Jacob also deserves credit for his part in this drying/clean up process. Honestly, there is not one weak link in this process regarding Restoration 1. Everyone that I have dealt with has very high standards and are the most professional group of people that I have ever had the privilege of working with. Five stars is not enough to rate this company but five stars is the highest rating offered on the survey.

Keith was incredibly helpful and professional and the quality of his work on our property has been critical in helping promptly identify and treat issues in multiple residential units. He definitely makes our property more likely to stick with Restoration 1 in the future!

Keith was very throughout and very informative when i asked him what type of services they offer at Restoration 1. My aunt had recent flood and water flow damage, needless to say i will be telling her there’s a reliable source right in her city. Would definitely recommend 10/10
