All Island Restoration

We had an amazing experience with All Island Restoration! Especially Joseph and his team are the best. In the remodeling phase Joe guided us through every step, highlighting what else need to think off, choose, order and so on. We got the best webpages and recommendations for whatever was needed and everything was lined out with due dates so we knew exactly what to have to focus on. It was a blessing to have worked with Joe and his team at AIR. 100% trustworthy, experienced and very supportive throughout the process. Would always go back to them. Highly recommend them!

All Island Restoration did the most exceptional repair renovation in my kitchen, foyer, and laundry room. From the first phone call to Alexis and her prompt respond to my home with her team, she convinced me that everything from beginning to end would be done to perfection and it was! When the project manager JOE arrived with his crew, he assessed the necessary repairs, worked out a schedule and explained every step. JOE and his team arrived always on time, they were so efficient that they went above and beyond when a particular problem aroused. JOE always checked with me to see if I was satisfied! His team promptly cleaned up after every stage of the Reno, JOE was beyond efficient with texting and updating me on the status of our project. The final completion was just as Alexis stated. We were so thrilled and will highly recommend All Island Restoration !!

There was a fire in my sister’s house which did a great deal of damage. Repairs included new roof, siding , electric and basically building this home from studs up. From the very beginning of the clean up Alexa was extremely professional and empathetic. Her excellent customer relationship skills gave us the reassurance and direction we needed to move forward. She instilled confidence and a calmness to the situation that was much needed. All items that could be saved were carefully cleaned and wrapped for storage. Joe and his crew followed the cleanup with the rebuild. I cannot say enough about Joe’s professionalism and knowledge. He took us patiently through every step. He cared about doing the right job and it shows in the finished product. Joe and his crew went above and beyond excellence in delivering a beautifully restored home. We are extremely grateful for their dedication and support throughout the project.

All Island did an Amazing job on remediation for Black mold in my kitchen ... a total tear out! My project manager Alexis was extremely helpful and available to talk to me anytime day or night, she did everything thing she could to make the process easier! I'm going to miss seeing her every day! Another shout out to Tyler! Your an amazingly hard worker at the age of 20, seems your well on your way to management! Thank you both and the entire crew who helped with this project. Raises for everyone! A million stars All Island will also be doing my kitchen remodeling !

About two months ago a property that we own had a major fire in the middle of the night. I called Andrea at All Island and she sent Alexis who arrived before the fire dept had finished. She was so supportive and reassuring that it would all be ok. They then had a board-up crew there and working very quickly. The next day they met me at the house and had a crew ready to start work immediately. I have been very impressed with everyone that I have dealt with at All Island.

If there were more stars I would give them that. All Island Restoration was amazing from the first phone call. My Project Manager Alexis was truly wonderful to work with. She made everything at ease for me. Within a day she had a crew at my house ripping out and installing fans. The crew she had sent was outstanding. They were so neat by the time they left I didn’t even know they were there. The clean up was so fast. I can’t wait for the repairs to start I am sure they will do a great job at that as well.

We are so glad we used All Island Restoration when we had a mold issue in our son’s bedroom. Jared was excellent at managing the project, communicating throughout and ensuring timely completion. He made sure every stage was to our satisfaction. Yoni and D were professional and respectful, kind and helpful. It turned into a major project but from start to finish they did an amazing job. We highly recommend them for any restoration need you might have!
