We had a leak from our heating unit and it was literally raining inside our house. We didn’t know who to call so I googled water damage companies and Bulovas was the first one to come up. They answered right away and were there within a half hour. Jorge and his team came and got everything figured out. It was a process, took time but they were great. Shawn our project manager was amazing too with getting our walls and floors back. When it came to the packing away furniture, etc. Emmanuel, Javier, Freddy, Rudy, Esteban, Jose G, Eduardo and Juan were amazing. They were professional, polite. They were super careful with everything we own. They also had to put everything back, they were just as careful and got everything back in its place. They truly went above & beyond. Every aspect of using Bulovas was the best experience. I most definitely recommend Bulovas to anyone!

The Team of Freddy, Francisco, and Manuel did a beautiful job cleaning our basement after a sewage leak. They were polite, organized, and took care of a very messy job in an orderly manner. From our first phone call to the final pick up of the air filter machine, the company was easy to deal with.

We had a serious oil spill in our basement. Chris Sala, Russell, and their outstanding crew at Bulovas Restorations came to the rescue. They responded promptly to our emergency and immediately implemented removal and clean up procedures to mitigate the situation. The first night, Gio and Oscar did a wonderful job of initiating the clean up process. They were polite, professional, and efficient. Chris was also on site. His calm presence was reassuring during such a stressful time. He spent a great deal of time empathizing with us and explaining in detail the process that would remedy the situation. Over the weekend, Russell followed up and visited our house to be sure everything was moving along as planned. I greatly appreciated the hands on oversight. As was characteristic of all our encounters with Bulovas, he was professional and polite. On Monday morning a second Bulovas crew returned to finish the clean up. The crew led by Mario included Jhonatan, Rodrigo, Esteban, and Jhon. The entire crew was efficient and polite and the clean up was completed that night. Mario explained in detail what the crew had done, and like Chris a few nights earlier was reassuring and empathetic. I emphatically recommend Bulovas to anyone who faces a similar type emergency. Their combination of efficient, prompt remediation and empathetic reassurance is truly exemplary.
