The team at Restoration Expert got me through my time of need. I had a major flood in my house which turned my life upside down. I hired them to come in to clean up and repair, but they did a lot more than that, they assisted me through the whole process of dealing with MY insurance company who was trying to not pay for all the damage from the flood. I highly recommend Restoration Experts!

We had a week-long leak from a few floors above us that ultimately ruined half the kitchen and part of the living room floor. After the leak problem was solved, Restoration Experts came to the rescue. First, their crew came in, sealed off the work area, and removed everything that had water damage & mold. Everything that remained got soaked with an anti-microbial/mold inhibiting spray and was dried out over the course of a week. They were very thorough and careful in every aspect. Insurance approved (eventually) the repairs and the crew was ready to go. We're just a week in of this three-week job, and I am really happy with how it's going. Every single person I've talked to during this ordeal has been kind, friendly, thoughtful, curious, and most importantly, brilliant at what they do. I like their work so much that after all this is done, I'm hiring them for another project elsewhere in the apartment.

This company is one of the most professional that I have encountered. They are highly skilled, professional and personable.They restored my basement after a flood. They did not cut any corners and my basement looks like a brand new dwelling. No one would know that it had a flood. In addition, the workers were very nice and kind people. They made sure to provide anticipatory guidance along t h e way and they Cleaned up after themselves. I will refer them to all of my family and friends. They were a delight. We had a fantastic experience with restoration experts. They really took care of my 94 year-old mom with the renovation of some parts of her apartment and they were quick and always available and excellent at what they did.... and even when we were in the apt. some of the time the workers were so nice and easy to be around but overall, the work came out really, really well and we are very, very pleased with every aspect of working together. Thank you!!!!!

I panicked when I had a flood in my apartment. When I reached out to Restoration Experts, they asked for pictures, to know how to proceed. Within 24 hours 2 guys were here cleaning up, assessing, and evaluating. They were polite, efficient, professional, and also calming. Everything was taken care of quickly. In a moment of high stress they handled everything expertly. I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with RE. I am 82 YO and have not ever worked on a project of this magnitude before. The job was completed to my satisfaction in about 5 weeks. The workers were highly skilled, efficient, spoke good English and were very eager to please.
