APDR Construction & Restoration

We have rented a 21 yard dumpster twice now over the last 4 years with this company, APDR. It has been a great experience both times. They are communicative and on top of returning phone calls and text messages. The dos and don’ts for the dumpster are easily laid out and understandable. The 1 ton allowance is quite a lot, and both times we went over and the fee was very nominal (under $30 each time. They negotiated with the dump on a few of the chargeable items & in general lean towards giving the customer the best deal whenever possible. I am price sensitive, so I shopped around for the best deal, and they were it! And so I was pleasantly surprised both times with the level of customer service and value we got with also getting a good deal! We would absolutely rent with them again!

I used APDR for some mold remediation & water damage restoration work I needed done. They were professional, honest, & fast. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in need of their services, & will be using them again in the future!

I’ve rented dumpsters from APD 2 times now and they have been excellent both times. They had by far the best rates and the largest dumpsters I could find. They responded quick both times and had a dumpster delivered within a few days of contact. They were kind, professional and efficient. They answered every question I asked and fast. They are the only place we will be renting dumpsters from in the future! They also offer other services as well so all around very helpful and worth it! This is the place to go people! Mikayla and Tyson were wonderful!

APD is super responsive, quick with getting us service or answering our questions, and provides great work! We had them repair some mold in our garage and then we use them as a contractor for some roof repair. They are super personable and kind as well! We are planning on using them for all our future house needs.

Tyson and his team did a fantastic job for my client. A surprise windstorm of 55mph damaged a metal shed and fencing at my clients property. We were closing escrow in just a few days and they swooped in, did the job for a reasonable price and kept me updated with photos along the way. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, responsiveness and timely work.

APDR fixed our roof and did an amazing job. We started having leakage last winter with heavy rains and wanted to fix the roof before the rain season starts. They gave us a reasonable quote and after comparing it with 2 other companies, we decided to move forward with them . They were professional, and courteous, did a great job on a timely manner.
