Our house was in a mess and your company Golden Coast came in and made it great. They did a beautiful job. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to come in my home. The workers were very nice and respectful. Mark did a wonderful job so did Sophia and Elizabeth. They have great staff. I appreciate this company a whole lot and highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Golden Coast Construction & Restoration. The day of our house fire on February 22,2024, was the worst day ever. I had no clue what was going to happen to us or our home or anything.I was so overwhelmed and stressed. Then Armondo from Golden Coast Construction showed up that night and he saw I was so overwhelmed and stressed out and he was more worried about me at that time and pulled me aside and told me all will be ok. Once I could understand things, Armondo then explained things to me about the boarding of the house. Armondo also contacted his Boss at Golden Coast Construction to let them know the situation of our home and informed them we had no where to go. They stepped up and found us a hotel right away for myself, my family and 2 dogs at a hotel nearby that we could stay at. The next morning Armondo came with the Golden Coast Construction Crew to sit down with myself and my husband to help us come up with a plan. They explained everything in detail. They then helped us contacted our insurance company at that time and got a claim started for us and even put us up for a 2nd night at the hotel until the insurance company could verify coverages and take over our hotel stay. Armondo and Golden Coast Construction have been by our side from day 1 of our house fire and throughout the whole process of putting our house back together. I even had a situation come up and I had no clue what to do and it stressed me out really bad and I went to Armondo and he said he know the right person to help me and he did he connected me with Greg at Golden Coast Construction, and yes Greg was able to help me solve my issue I had and put all the stress behind me for that issue and I was so grateful and thankful to Greg and Armondo for this big relief. We definitely made the right choice when choosing Golden Coast Construction & Restoration! As I said they have been by our side from Day one, Starting with Armondo by our side the night of the fire and through everything and still continue even after now being home to see how we are doing. What he did for us and how he approached me and more worried about me in the beginning won my trust and with his approach and meeting with The Golden Coast Construction Crew the next day and the time they took with us, not rushing us and explained everything to us and helped us contact our Insurance Company right there with us continued to win our hearts. They showed that they cared about us and we weren’t just a job. And throughout the whole process Armondo, Greg, our project manager George and the whole Golden Coast Construction Company Crew stood by our side and fought for us to make sure we got everything we had coming from the insurance company to put our house back together. And they did and because of all of them after 14 months our home was finished and on April 15,2025, our project manager, George who worked closely with me in making all the selections for our house, handed me the keys to our home completed, Brand New and Beautiful!! And all because of everyone at Golden Coast Construction & Restoration Company, from Armondo, Greg, George and all the crew. They are truly amazing and as I said, I highly recommend them! If it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t have gotten our house done as fast as they did and we wouldn’t have gotten to go home to the most Beautiful Brand New House. And after being all we went through the best feeling in the world was getting to go home and everyone at Golden Coast Construction made that happen!! So if anyone shows from Golden Coast Construction & Restoration and approaches you, especially Armondo, know that you have someone and a Company who is honest, trustworthy and will be there for you and your family and make sure you taken care of and that your home will be amazing when you return home. Golden Crest Construction INC did an amazing job painting the exterior of my home. They were professional, punctual, and offered very fair pricing. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and efficiency. Golden Coast rebuilt our parent’s house. It was completely destroyed in a fire. They are elderly and they had built it themselves. Needless to say they were very emotionally attached to the home. Golden Coast did a wonderful job rebuilding it. Our project manager , Mark Kotyakov, was amazing. He is professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He was inconstant communication with us. Even if things were being delayed or there were issues with the project, we always knew what was going on. I highly recommend this contractor.

Just over a year ago we lost my brother to a fire in his house. The instant devastation and confusion as to what to do next were overwhelming. Golden Coast was there for us every step of the way. They were the first to contact us when the fire happened, to ask if we wanted them to secure the house right after the fire. They advocated for us with Allstate Insurance as to what the ideal restoration would entail. Golden Coast's scope of the work needed, exceeded what Allstate said was necessary. But as it turned Golden was accurate, Allstate was wrong. The actual construction was excellent and looked like a brand new house. They gave us the guarantee that there would be no residual smoke smell! They stayed true to that promise despite the limitations of the insurance payout. Allstate did not take the recommendations of the third party forensic inspectors that they hired to determine what still needed to be done to mitigate the lingering smoke smell. Golden stepped up to meet their guarantee in an instant. They did not charge us extra for the additional necessities of construction and smoke mitigation. They said they would deal with the insurance company. The finished house is beautiful, and does not smell like smoke. We put it on the market and it sold within weeks. We will be forever grateful to Golden Coast, and ALL of their employees. Every person we worked with was absolutely delightful and professional, and we felt well taken care of.

I can't recommend Golden Coast highly enough, especially Roman! After a large tree struck our 1895 historic building in mid-town Sacramento, Roman was instrumental in the repair process. He was detailed, thorough, and incredibly communicative, keeping me informed every step of the way and even coordinating directly with my tenants. His commitment to high-quality work, even with the complexities of a historic property and the required permits, was exceptional.
