Disappointed. Have little to no regard for customer's time. Small bathroom reno project was supposed to finish within 3 weeks. Took 6 weeks longer and still could not procure material on time. I am not price sensitive client. I dont nickel and dime. I didnt negotiate price - i paid asking price because i expected A+ quality work. They still dropped the ball. Imagine how bad they will be when they *dont* get what they want. It took me 2 hours to find the same materials on Home Depot and have it delivered within 48 hours for less price and equal or better quality. His response was, "Hate to jinx it, but maybe the glass door gets broken during delivery". Had to terminate the GC over incompetence like this. They are small time contractors but charge pricing just like a big company. Advantage with bigger company is, their suppliers and sub-contractors take them seriously and deliver goods on time. Had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes and finish the project. I wont recommend them to my friends.

We had a water leak from a storm and needed new flooring, drywall, and a new window. Charlie was professional and courteous, and he communicates every step of the way, so you always know your project's status. And his foreman, Frank, does excellent work! Both of them are very conscientious and personable, and they're always on time. I'm very glad we chose this company to do the work. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this company for restoration needs. Charlie was on time, thorough and trustworthy. He took care of some water damage and resulting mold issue in a safe and effective manner. The area of the ceiling that was patched blends in very well. I would work with them again in the future and appreciate they didn’t add unnecessary charges to the bill.

Needed to get walls inspected for water damage and mold. Frank and Charlie came out and took care of the issue efficiently and professionally. They said they wouldn’t be finished until the job was done right. Even walked me through the process of everything they were doing and why they were doing. Highly recommend you give them a call for any repairs you need done.

Charlie and his team came highly recommended from the plumbing company who discovered the leak in our kitchen. The minute I spoke with Charlie I knew we were in good hands and there was no need to look any further. He was very calm, reassuring, and professional. He communicates multiple times per day to keep us informed every step of the way. He spoke with our insurance adjuster on our behalf and gave us the guidance we needed. Charlie was always there for us even during his family illness he was still working. He is well liked by his highly skilled and hardworking crew and supports them throughout the repairs and even worked nights and weekends to keep the project moving to ensure the work would be be completed to our satisfaction.
