Jack and Wes came to my home 11-10-2925, after a water leak from my water heater.If I could give more than a 5 star review, I would! They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Puro Clean.

I recently had a hot water tank burst in a commercial property. A friend in the plumbing business recommended PureClean as an alternative to the company that I used in the past. Their customers had reported that the service was very professional, the price was fair and the results were great. I found that all these things were true. James Demoss was the Loss Claims Specialist who was in charge of my job. He was great and was easy to get in touch with when I had questions. I highly recommend PuroClean.

Carlo, Vaughn, Joseph did an amazing job, came I’m sure at an inconvenience time for them but at our time of need setting up drying equipment, assessing water damage and explaining every part of the process! Highest recommendation for this sharp team.

WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY! From the time Puroclean was recommended to me there was a family relationship built. It wasn’t a day that went by that Puroclean wasn’t calling me to check on things. When my insurance company refused to pay, Mr. Brad and Mr. James were on the phone advocating for me. Their knowledge of the insurance laws for Louisiana were so good, that they were able to directly let insurance know which law they were breaking. There were so many times where I cried because the insurance company and mortgage company fumbled the ball. However, each time Mr. Brad and Mr. James assured me that they would get the job done. My house caught fire November 26, 2023. It was hard on me and my three kids. Especially my son since it was his senior year. My only prayer was to be back home by the time my son graduated. May 4, 2024 almost 6 months later, we were home just in time for my son’s graduation on May 11 and Mother’s Day. This by far has been one of the most trying times in my life. I had to give all my problems to God and let him handle it. While I depended on my family and friends to get me through this trying time. My kids continued to lift my spirits and ensure me that we were going to make it through this trying time in our life. With the help of Puroclean everything that I prayed for came to fruition. I am so thankful to be back home and without the efforts of Puroclean, Mr. Brad and Mr. James I don’t think we would actually be back at home now. But with their efforts, dedication and support we are back home and happy.

There is little more upsetting than having your house damaged. But if something like that happens I highly recommend puroclean. They dried everything out and they fixed all the damage beautifully, but they are such a delight to work with. I’ve never met a nicer and more helpful group of people in my life.

WOW! This is what I thought when I saw the way my valuables were being taken care of. I can truly say that I was impressed by this company. They seemed to have things covered that I hadn't even thought about. To top all this off, this was done and finished before I could ever imagine. I have to also thank the lovely ladies that packed my china so lovingly. I watched them with tears precision of a surgeon pack each bowl or cup with care after taking photos and documenting every single detail. I am in awe... Thanks James DeMoss, you are the best! Allstate sent Puroclean and Mr. Dan to save the day! We had been dealing with Allstate and fighting for them to finish repairs connected to water heater damage sustained SIX weeks earlier. The first abatement team did not remove insulation and low-balled a quote for repairs. Our contractor could not work because of this. Finally we got Allstate to send a different abatement expert: Puroclean. They were friendly and caring. Mr. Dan was always a text or call away. They did take a little longer than expected, and didn't clean the floors from all the sheetrock powder, but Mr. Dan ensured workers were working during the job, stayed in contact with Allstate, and sent a nice card with a personal touch afterward. We would highly recommend to anyone!
