had a great experience with SERVPRO of Shreveport! Brooke, Manny, and Krystal were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and thoroughly. They communicated clearly every step of the way and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. I really appreciate their hard work and attention to detail — you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend this team!

I had the opportunity to work with Brooke, Manny, and Brandon on a pack out at my home. They were very professional and detailed oriented.. I feel very comfortable knowing that my items were packed with care and secured until I’m ready to have them returned. Awesome job

Unfortunately we came home from a three day weekend trip a week ago, to a mess, our walk in closet fell in from a leak with our ac unit. We came on to a hot mess, our closet fell through. We called our insurance company and they sent Servpro out of Shreveport to come out the very next day. They have been very efficient, Brooke and Anna, they came in and worked fast to fix the issue to get it all dried up, come every day to check on how everything is doing drying up, they want pass it onto the repair crew until they know it’s safe and free of mold, dry etc. Brooke has been very open to my calls, questions, etc. Also we haven’t been able to be there so have given then access to come in and do their job; and that’s hard to just allow strangers to come in, but they or very trustworthy and honest in my opinion. I rarely leave reviews but I have to for this. Sarah and Bobby were sent to our house after a kitchen fire. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure my pets would be protected while they worked on removing the fire and smoke damaged ceiling and kitchen area. She discussed a detailed plan to have containment set up to prevent dust and debris from getting to the rooms i have pets in. They were professional and easy to work with. If I ever need Servpro again I will be requesting Sarah be assigned to the job.

Excellent experience saving our wood floors from water damage. Geoffrey and Travis were extremely helpful and professional, and followed up to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was fully satisfied. Prompt service was also appreciated.

Ryan, Zee, Sarah and Hannah-all of them were awesome!!! Worked relentlessly until the job was finished. Worked as a team. Very friendly and professional. When they returned my things, they took their time to ensure every item was undamaged. They even listened to my husband’s suggestions and followed them. I would call them without hesitation if I needed them again. Shout out to Ms. CC who took care of us from the beginning and Ms. Haylee who completed the process!!!

The crew of Sara, Charles and Mannh, visited my home after I had a pipe bust. They were professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. The care and professional conduct they exhibited I wish I would experience from any business I have dealings with. Unfortunately that is not the case. Great job!!!
