Putman Restoration is incredible!! From the very first phone call we made to them we felt totally taken care of. They were fast, friendly and professional and took care of everything from start to finish. It was amazing & so incredibly helpful for them to schedule the appointment, get the water cleaned up, test for damage, handle the insurance paperwork & it was easy to follow up with them regarding any questions/concerns we had. I would use them again and highly recommend Putman Restoration to all of my friends and family!

The employees were so careful to protect my walls and furniture when they cleaned my carpet. The owner even came over to make sure everything was done right. We’ve used them several times when we’ve had flooding from a hot water heater and a burst pipe. Each time they were there quickly and were very knowledgeable about the process, explaining it in a way that I understood. I highly recommend Putman Restoration. They are top notch!

These folks are the absolute best in the business! Burst water pipes upstairs, flooded half of downstairs, ceilings and floors completely ruined. We called the other nationally known company at first but after numerous calls, they never actually showed up. Putman was recommended to us by our contractor. Thank heavens! Putman services came out immediately on the weekend, got all the equipment set up and had the show on the road from the minute they arrived. They were so friendly and professional. All services coordinated by them were of the highest quality. I cannot say enough good things about Putman services. They are definitely our "go to" people for any kind Of damage restoration services needed in the future !

Cannot say enough about Putman restoration. We had water damage and subsequent mold from a leak in our bathroom. The staff who did the initial evaluation and the crew that came out to do the actual restoration were incredibly professional and communicative. They took the utmost care with our furniture and belongings as they went through the restoration process . Appreciate that they were willing to work with our contractor too. This company definitely cares about their quality of work as well as the health and safety of your family. Grateful for the ppl there and their service! Highly recommend!

We came into a flooded office one morning, called Putman and they were here with an army in about 90 minutes. They immediately got to work and had the office dry in about 2 hours. Cleanup took a little longer, but they were all very nice, courteous, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Putman Restoration is a very professional and responsive company. The management team is very professional with the whole dynamics of the restoration industry. Staff is well trained and ready for any size loss. Really enjoyed helping these guys out in Lake Charles on large projects. Team is always ready to hit the road.
