PureDry Restoration

PureDry was amazing. My project started as a crapshow. A "small problem" ended up being a SUPER HUGE problem. But puredry came in and took great care of me. Jordan and his crew did a great job at mitigating and demo. But then came the fun part!!! Nathan C did such a great job managing the whole project. It looks so great!!! Our ugly bathroom is now a beautiful, spa-like tranquility of a bathroom. We got some help from his beautiful project director / designer, Ashlynn, when I couldn't make up my mind on things. GREAT JOB GUYS... 2 pieces of advice - 1 is to order anything you're ordering when it is ready to be installed. This way if you need to return something, it's not too late. 2- it does cost a bit more to use a large company with a project manager, but know that it's SO WORTH IT!!!

Darryl and the team at PureDry were excellent for us. It has been a tough situation and very time consuming process dealing with insurance and multiple bids. Darryl came in and was very clear about our options and their ability to deliver a result that would save us time and money. The process took about 5 days, with frequent check-ins and I am happy to say that we are very pleased with the result. We still have some time to go in order to see where things settle overall, but the floors are now safely dry and we can return to regular life.

Everyone on the crew was very professional and polite. They explained the work and answered all our questions thoroughly. They also found other issues that needed remediation and took care of the problems immediately. They coordinated with the plumbers to complete the job. We are thankful for the ease and their expertise in solving the problems.

Shawn came out after we had some facets replaced by CPI.He checked a few areas to make sure that we did not have any water damage. He was very helpful and friendly. He explained what he saw and showed me pictures of what he inspected. He also answered questions about mold.

I'm in the fun position of a sudden leaking ceiling revealing water damage and mold. While still in the infancy stages of this issue, I do feel like I'm in good hands with Pure Dry. Shaun was really great today. I've never had an extensive home issue/repair, so he had to educate me a lot about what would happen, in what order, what's going to cost more, what's best case scenario, what's possibly worst case scenario, what to do in filing with home insurance, etc. Basically, he figuratively held my hand for 2 hours during the consult, even doing the insurance call with me so he could explain the scope to insurance. He made me feel as good as one could feel about a crazy expensive and disruptive home repair. I can't yet speak to the work itself, but Shaun is fantastic, kind, and informative. I feel confident they will take good care of me and my home.

Highly recommended. They were out the day we called and got things dried out. Staff are great. seems to my non-expert eye to be state of the art equipment. Crucially, they are very good at dealing with insurance companies. they got the entire dry out covered. For the costs to remediate they got the adjuster to go from zero to over 30K (less deductible) for which they charge a 10% fee (including deductible). The place where we agreed to that arrangement is buried in the initial contract for the dry out that they present the day they come out.. its a fair arrangement but I have to say not finding this out (ie not having closely read the contract) until after they had negotiated with insurance it felt a little scammy. and they are needlessly aggressive about collecting. Thats a quibble, the company does good work.

PureDry did an amazing job helping us quickly recover from a water disaster. They charged a very reasonable price for the service and the technicians were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and worked around our schedule. Miguel in particular was fantastic to work with.
