Everyone at Puroclean has been over the top professional. I've been in the trades and I am so impressed. The immediate crew was responsive and professional in every way. The moving crew- Keith, Justin, Q, and Anthony made everything smooth and seamless. Jared, the project manager, Matt, Nate, the plumbers and all were fabulous. It is a big job and ongoing, but they have all made it less traumatic in every way. Thank you thank you thank you is all I can say.

Last Friday, August 29, 2025, Jay and Hunter arrived at the agreed upon appointment time and got straight to work. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the care they displayed in my home. Through their combined diligence they were successful at leaving the master bedroom, the hallway, and the living room in much better condition than what they found. I'll add that Jay has been very helpful and agreeable at returning calls and texts prior to the service being completed. Should I, or anyone I know, need remediation of any type in the future, PuroClean will be the company I call and recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had water damage that ruined part of our kitchen and caused enough damage to our kitchen flooring that it had to be replaced. Since it's an older house, the entire ground floor level wood floor of our house had to be replaced. The entire PuroClean team was professional and did outstanding work! Jared, Bri, Nate, Gerrad, Mario and their entire team(s) were outstanding in their workmanship, attention to details, cleanup and taking care of our furniture as they moved it in, and out of, the house! We'd give them 6 stars if possible!

I just have to COMMEND this company. In what was to date my worst nightmare of a house catastrophe came the reassurance and professionalism of a young man named Justin and his assistant Tyler. Our subzero fridge had been leaking slowly unknown to us for some weeks until we had water coming through our hardwood floors. The mold overgrowth was astounding and we lost many cabinets, drywall, back splash, and the such. I was a frantic mom unable to comprehend the devastation and health hazard. Justin was so professional, thorough , and very very informative. While I had no attachment to anything materialistic these nice two gentleman took apart my kitchen/home like it was porcelain. They were timely, efficient, and detailed. The treatment they used and the reassurance that they provided were astounding. I would no doubt recommend this company 100000x over. I had a leak sprout in the ceiling above my shower and instantly began to worry about how it could be repaired and if there would be any mold issues following. This company was called and they came out immediately. Nate and Zach investigated where the problem originated from and assessed the area for water damage. They quickly came up with a solid plan. They showed me on their thermal imaging camera where the water was and luckily where it didn’t travel to. They answered all of my questions and were very polite. They really put my mind at ease and assured me that it would be properly taken care of. I can see that it will be!
